No need to fight those lunch crowds at on mountain dining venues, simply Ski/Ride home mid-day to this beautiful, newly remodeled townhome to grab a quick bite and re-energize for a day fulfilled exploring Breckenridge's 5 peaks and 2908 skiable acres .

Whether you’re looking for a longer stay or just a weekend escape, this sunny two bedroom, two bath property boasts 1100 square feet of living space. On the ground level, guests can enjoy the warmth of the cozy gas fireplace while lounging about in the living room - with ample seating for all. The neighboring kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops and all of the cookware/bakeware and flatware/utensils one needs to prepare any type of meal, big or small! And any 'mixologist' will appreciate the kitchen's neighboring Dry Bar area - a perfect place to mix up a batch of après ski cocktails or after dinner aperitifs.

Continue upstairs to find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The spacious master suite offers a large, King sized bed, flatscreen TV and abundant dresser drawer storage for clothes and gear. The master bedroom's private ensuite bathroom, with generous countertop space, offers a jetted tub/shower combination and wraparound mirrors along its granite countertop vanity space. Next, the second bedroom offers two Twin sized beds and another flatscreen TV along with a small, private closet for all storage needs. Across the hall, a second full bathroom with single sink and granite countertop, houses a shower/tub combination and second toilet. For any laundry needs during your stay, this home provides a private stackable washer/dryer comb.

For additional winter and mountain gear storage, a large storage rack is available at the unit's main entry. And all ski and snowboard equipment can be stowed safely within the attached, private one car garage. Also at ground level, just off the dining area, you'll find patio door access to Breckenridge's Four OClock Ski Run - with total Ski In access. For quick lift access to the Snowflake dual chairlift and ticket office, simply walk the 150 ft across the street. In Summer, once the ice and snow melts, this neighboring Snowflake Ski Run transforms into a scenic hiking trail, offering mountain views, shady pine trees and seasonal wildflowers. This 1.5 loop trail provides access to the Sawmill Reservoir, a Breckenridge hidden gem popular for fishing, standup paddleboards, canoes and kayaks.

Alternatively, explore one of the many other hiking/biking trails that connect to the adjacent Four OClock Ski Run or enjoy the relaxing sound of the mountain stream that runs through the Antlers Complex. Perfect Location

Skiing out and being virtually at our door after a long day on the slopes was amazing! This unit is spacious and comfortable, and we loved the fireplace each evening. We were there Christmas week and cooked each night and found the kitchen well equipped. The 3 Hot tubs at the community pool area were great for relaxing after a long day. We'll definitely check for this units availability in the future.

Breck Perfect!

This property served our stay in Breck perfectly with the Snowflake lift across the street and a quick jaunt down 4 O'Clock into town. We did not need a car. This is my second time staying at Antlers and i look forward to the third!!

Great stay!

The property was great and loved our stay in Breck! The location was excellent to walk into town, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We absolutely loved the stream right outside the window! Would absolutely come back to this condo.

Perfect home away from home

We loved staying at Antler Ridge. The location is the perfect walking distance to Main Street and steps from hiking and biking trails. This property is right on the creek with gorgeous views of Peak 9. Hope to stay here again soon.

Perfect for a family of four - Great location. Ski lift across the street and ski back to behind condo. Very walkable location, walked to town and Dinner.

Great, quiet spot in Breck!

Great location just off the main road. Loved the little stream running by- was lovely with the windows open in the summer. Large living room, comfortable beds. Easy in and out :)

This was a great place to stay. We ended up with a slight detour though. Be sure Google maps brings up 4 O’Clock Road and NOT 4 O’Clock Run Road.

Great Condo across the street from snowflake lift

This is a great condo located right across the street from the snowflake lift. We were there in the summer and were able to access hiking trails right out the front door. This would also be a great location in the winter time!

Perfect location for ski in/out

Condo is great. Location is perfect; ski in/out, 1 min walk from the lift and ski rental! And a short walk to the town. Master bedroom/bath is great. The second bedroom/beds were a little small for my 2 sons; 21, 19 and 6 feet+ The garage definitely came in handy, as it snowed quite a bit one night and our jeep was ready to go the next morning.

Great value, spacious, good location

We were pleasantly surprised since this property was $120 less than other properties (mainly b/c of hefty cleaning fees) BUT it was quite nice, spacious, we loved that it was next to the stream. The checkin process was terrific! Great kitchen, (would have loved if coffee/tea were provided though). Highly recommend!

Great location close to chair lift

Nice location close to the Snowflake chair and the bottom of the 4 O'Clock run. Property management company is friendly and responsive. Condo itself is serviceable and in decent shape. You are definitely paying for the location here, so don't expect 5 star accommodations.

Had a great time in Breck with a great property. It was in the negative temps and a couple pipes froze. Property manager got plumbers to fix promptly.

Excellent size for 2 families

Excellent size for 2 families. It was a moderate hike to downtown, especially going uphill on the way back. I've stayed closer for the same price but this size was great if you are going to spend a fair amount of time inside. The unit did smell dusty throughout and had a slight dated feel to the interior. Checkin and checkout was very speedy in town.

Sounds of mountain stream a bonus

Early October is a lovely season and we enjoyed our stay very much. The stream is close by and the music of the water was relaxing. The unit is comfortable and the location is an easy walk to restaurants. Management was responsive when needed. The unit is upstairs, and there are stairs within the unit also.

Great location, beds need upgrading

Great little place convenient to Snowflake lift and downtown. Bed were universally hated by all 4 guests. If not completely replacing mattresses, at least a mattress topper is recommended. These are people not too picky about mattresses and all were considering the pullout couch or floor to be more comfortable.

Family Weekend Getaway

Great location, great condo! Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Only issue was garage door would not open for us with the code provided and could not get Ski Country to answer the phone so we could not use the garage and we had two cars. Also pool hours were disappointing, 12pm-8pm. It would have been nice to use the hot tubs and pool at night.

Convenient location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental pictures matched the property. We enjoyed walking across the street to Charter sports where we rented and stored our skis and boots every day we skied. The snowflake lift is right next to Charter sports. The management company was very easy to work with and resolved the issue with the master bathtub knob in a timely manner. Only complaint was there were four humidifiers in the unit of which not one of them worked properly.

Nice property and clean, but dated

The garage does not connect with the property -- so must haul bags, etc. up the stairs outside to access the unit. Kitchen was nice though it lack any amenities (no spices, no pre-packed coffee, no sugar). The master bed was not comfortable. The location is IDEAL. Right off the Snowflake lift and 4-O'Clock trail. That must be the reason for the high price. Not saying that I would not rent again, however, at this price point there are plenty of other (newer) options.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I planned a ski trip to celebrate my son’s 50th birthday party. We had a wonderful time, the snow conditions were great. The condo (Antlers B23) was a short walk (100ft) to the Snowflake Lift. The condo was nicely furnished and well maintained. It exceeded our expectations.There were two shortcomings. Number one was that no recycling was available. Number two was that the property management staff was not helpful in regards to having left my AirPods at the condo. When I talked to the representative, he was not helpful and even when transferred to the general manager, she could only repeat three times that they were not responsible for lost items. Even though I accept responsibility for lost items, i would have expected better service. I would expect the property manager to develop a policy to handle this issue more tactfully and responsibly in the future.

Best location!

We just left this property and hated to leave. We have been coming to Ski this area for 8years and this has been our favorite location so far for skiing. You are literally across the street from Charter rental and the chairlift. There is also a ticket window right there also if you need to get your lift tickets. We parked the car in the garage when we arrived and didn’t move it until we left. We were able to walk downtown. There is also a free shuttle you can take downtown and back if you want. It is a hill so it can be a bit slick in the winter. The unit had plenty of space for us and had everything you needed to cook. They provided a starter set of toilet paper and shampoo and dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, and a couple laundry detergent packs. There we’re a few spices and salt and pepper but nothing else. That was ok for us since we have rented many times and always bring what we need just in case. There is a coffee pot but no coffee provided. Plenty of towels! We did not use the offsite pool and hot tub but there is a jetted tub in the master. The guys literally were able to ski feet from the back door. The only cons would be that the living room furniture is a bit dated and the master bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing you couldn’t deal with for a short stay. The management company was great to work with and answered any questions I had. You will not be sorry renting this unit! We have already said we will stay here every time we come to Breckenridge!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not a good experience. The primary bedroom did not have a bed, it was a mattress on the floor. The pictures advertised showed a bed. Nobody goes on vacation and wants to sleep on the floor. They said they would talk to management about compensation for this, but it has been a few days and I haven't heard anything. The sink in the primary bathroom did not drain. It was very hot in the night (no A/C) so I went to open a window, turn on the lamp and it didn't work. Go to use the microwave and it didn't work. Had to reset the breaker and then that actually did work. Also, all four of us had to shower in the guest shower b/c the main one we couldn't get the hot water and the shower to work at the same time. One night we woke up to a PIERCING loud smoke detector going off over our mattress on the floor, it was out of batteries. They did come and replace those. I will say the location is perfect if you can deal with the rest of it. Pretty disappointing.
