Great location and clean condo!
The spot is perfect for a ski or summer getaway in Breck. Check-in was easy and our condo was clean and cozy. Would go back again for the reasonable price, good space, and location.I gave this 4 stars only because our "fully stocked kitchen" could really use some restocking with a bigger variety of pots and pans, some olive oil, more than just salt and pepper, and less than 3 cheese graters (one would suffice).Also one of the hot tubs' water was so cool we couldn't even stay in for more than 5 minutes and the other warmer one was full.

Great unit! Close to EVERYTHING!
We loved this little place. The kids could ski right to it when done for the day. We were within walking distance of downtown and shuttles. Lots to do for our kids while there, they played pool and ping pong in the evenings. We will return!

The location is great, and our family of six was comfortable. The property is a little outdated and could use a face lift. Had a bit of a funky smell, kind of like a grandma’s basement. Leaky kitchen faucet, super loud dishwasher, etc. but no major complaints. Good price within walking distance from Main Street!

This is a funny property. Right in the middle of Breckenridge, close to everything, very central, but still rustic. The stream in the backyard is a great bonus. A great place to stay.

Nice location. We walked to snowflake lift in the morning. Truly about 8 minutes. Might have been able to ski back if there was more snow. Walk easy to town for restaurants.

Nice budget friendly accommodation
This place worked great for three 40yo guys. We loved the location - it was a reasonable walk to the Snowflake lift in the morning, and we could ski right to the parking lot at the end of the day! Nice hot tubs, and we had a couple games of pool & ping pong. Nothing too fancy, but everything we needed. The sofabed was not comfy, but none of them are :)

Stayed here for a recent ski trip. Everything was as advertised. It was a short hike to the nearest lift, or you can take the bus that has a stop right near the place. When you're done for the day, you can ski down right to the complex. It was also a relatively short walk to downtown Breck. The only issue, as noted in a few reviews, was that the walls are thin. Not an issue if you are on the top floor, but if you are on the bottom, hope you have courteous upstairs neighbors. We could hear our upstairs neighbors clomping around at 6 am and until midnight, and it was hard to sleep through it even with ear plugs. Maybe we just got the bad end of things, but it was a little rough. I realize that's not really the rental company's fault, but it's worth mentioning for anyone who is a light sleeper. All that said, it's hard to beat for the price and location.

Great birthday destination
The apartment was easy to find and close to everything. We went to Breckenridge to ski for my husband’s birthday and walked down to Main Street for dinner and shopping. There’s plenty of parking in the back of the building. We appreciated a welcome package in both bedrooms that included things like earplugs and eye masks - a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

I inquired about a crockpot and was told there wasn't one. For future guests, there is a crockpot in the kitchen and also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and met our needs since we cooked almost everything in the unit. Some measuring spoons would be nice. The d/w did not clean the dishes, but cleaning supplies were provided and we were able to take care of that! The bath tub could use something slip-resistant. It was very slippery when first used and could have been the cleaner. The hot tubs were great! There were some heating issues a couple times, but they were attended to when we contacted maintenance. The convenience of the unit being right next to the lobby was very nice and we took advantage of playing pool and sitting by the fire each night! The free shuttle was very efficient when we called for a ride. Unfortunately, there were several nights our sleep was interrupted because it sounded like someone was doing laps in the unit above us. The floor squeaked with every step. I know it's an older unit and we are provided earplugs, but it was EVERY night. We'll be back though an appreciate the kindness of the staff.

Walking distance to restaurants. Across the street from town / slope bus stop. Can ski in from 4 o'clock lift. The only complaint for this trip was that the shuttle from Ski Country Resorts was not operable some of the time. They couldn't keep staff to keep it running. But, that was not the fault of Park Meadows or the unit. It is just how things seem to be post covid. That is why the location of Park Meadows is so great. Can easily get by without the shuttle.
