Ski in/ Sort of Ski out
Ski out - walk to the corner of Sawmill Rd/Ski Hill Rd and take the free bus to the Gondola. Bus comes every half hour (:03/:33). Ski in - down the 4 o’clock run to the back side of the place. Condo is small but accommodated two people comfortably but what more do you need. Wish they had other hooks to hang snow pants and snow jacket after skiing. Access the hot tubs through the lobby and the fire place was great spot to hangout after dinner. You can walk everywhere!

Convenient ski-in & ski-out with nice interior
Overall this place was just what the ad said: Close to the 4:00 run. 1/2 a block to the free bus in the morning. Updated, clean, comfortable and nice. The management company was easy to deal with and promptly returned texts and emails. It is small, but nicely set up. A long bench (just over the heaters) makes a great place to lay out gear. An outside ski locker saves room inside. A short walk from the 4:00 run (with excellent instructions in the unit) and an even shorter walk to the free Black Line bus to the gondola. Highly recommend for a 2 person ski getaway. You can walk to all the town and be on the slopes easily

March 2022 spring break
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well appointed, comfortable for 2 people. Walking distance to lift, easy to return. Inly issue (if you would call it that) was the dumpster area for garbage/recycling. Was completely full, unable to open the door to properly deposit the trash/recycling . Not an issue with the unit itself, just the state of the garbage facility. Overall a pleasant stay. It would be tight for 4 people, but was good for 2 adults. Know this going in and you will have a nice stay.

Nice Weekend Stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. It was very clean (only found one stray dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod) and the bed is memory foam--very comfy! You can hear the sound of the nearby river trickling at night so it's very peaceful. The hot tub was relaxing although it shut off after about 10-15 minutes and we could not figure out how to turn it back on. Other than very minor things I mentioned, I would definitely recommend!

Not accurate to photos
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My partner and I booked a Deluxe Studio through for our anniversary trip. There were 59 photos available of gorgeous, lodge-style decorated apartments. We chose these instead of cheaper alternatives as we were excited for the experience. Unfortunately, the apartment we were placed in looked nothing like any of the photos. It was sparsely decorated, not very tasteful, and overall gave a very bare bones impression. The appliances were up to date, but the property itself was completely altered from any photos posted. We called Ski Country Resorts Management immediately upon arrival to voice this concern. We were told that this was one of the nicest properties, and there would not be any better alternatives. We stated that any of the properties in the photo would be a vastly improved alternative, but it seemed that these were either not available or potentially not even properties rented out by Ski Country Resorts. The latter was a more concerning probability, to us, for the misrepresentation. We requested to have a refund or at least partial reimbursement of expenses, if unable to be relocated to a property congruent with the photos posted. Ultimately we were issued a $30 refund, after following up with Ski Country Resorts Management in the days following our stay. We spoke to Loren, who was very professional in his interactions. We highly recommended that they update their photos to accurately reflect the properties available, and would just advise anyone considering this stay that you verify which apartment you will get, and request photo representation, to ensure you will be satisfied!

Wonderful family place
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best week. Our 8&14 yr old boys loved the commons area. They enjoyed having a large place to play. The pool and foosball tables were fun. The hot tubs were perfect after a day of hiking. The room was wonderful. We had the perfect set up! Suggestions add more outdoor seating in the summer and replace the basement Furnature it’s run down. Also making us play for laundry is a bit cheap. Glad it was there but could have been included. The family who cares for the place is wonderful! They were terrific and so helpful! I would purchase a condo if they ever became available.

Great little spot in a perfect location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super easy check-in and check-out experience. The place is small, but has everything you would need for a long weekend or short vacation getaway. I went with my partner and 2 small children and it was perfect. There is a beautiful creek that runs along the back of the property, and Main street is a 3 minute walk away. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway for 2
This rental was perfect for my girlfriend and I. It was cozy, yet had everything we needed to be comfortable and the price was great. You can hike across 4 O'Clock run to get to Snowflake if you don't want to walk all the way around Ski Hill Road so it's basically ski in/out. 4 people could definitely fit in this unit, but it would be a little cozy for hanging out. However, the common area of the building is very spacious and inviting, making it a fine place for a group.

Wonderful Breckenridge Condo
This place the amazing! It was perfect for our family of 4. We had the best week in Breckenridge. We stayed in summer. The location was amazing and the common's area made it feel huge! Thank you so much. I would bring along a camp chair or two for sitting outside in the summer. There are picnic tables but no where comfy to sit. We absolutely will come back next summer!

December 2014 Stay
Hello! My husband, my cousin, my newborn and I stayed in the studio in 7D and to say the least, we had...an experience. The walls were paper thin, so you could hear your neighbors. The kitchen amenities and room decorations were also very outdated. The microwave screen didn't work, the fridge didn't get very cold, some of the bowls were still dirty and the coffee maker did not come with a pot. The room itself also maintained a lingering smokey scent. The divider between the "living area" and the bed was broken at the bottom and the track that it runs on was also not straight. Whover the photographer is, is amazing. The room is significantly smaller than a 1 bedroom with 1 queen at Motel 8. The staff at Ski Country however, were VERY helpful. Marc and Sam answered all my questions and worked very hard to get us checked in early. I called the front desk at least a dozen times and each time, they were quick to help. Despite how busy the weekend had been, they were able to get us in by 1.

Boasting 300 days of Sunshine in Winter and Summer, Breckenridge is the perfect retreat all year round! This unique and charming town offers something most Ski Towns don't - A TOWN! Sure, we have a world renowned Ski Resort in our backyard... But we're so much more than that! Breckenridge is rich in history. Having started as a mining town in the late 1800s, Breckenridge has seen a lot more than just the transition from single seated chairlifts to Quad Super Chairs and Gondolas… You know that saying “If these walls could talk?” We’re sure that’s how every meticulously maintained building in our Downtown Historic District must feel. We, as locals, work hard to preserve the history and feel of this Victorian Style themed town and many of the buildings lining Main Street are originals from the old mining days. The Breckenridge locals are proud of their town’s past and eager to tell stories of its colorful history. We also encourage visitors to take part in one of the many historic tours that Breckenridge offers, either by foot or horse drawn carriage or sleigh. So come, experience for yourself the magical town of Breckenridge. Indulge in some of the best restaurants you have and ever will experience, take pleasure in strolling up and down Main Street and window shopping all of the rare and unique shops that it offers, join us for one of our crazy annual festivals – such as the zany Ullr Festival, where we give praise to the Nordic God of Snow in hopes that he will bless us with a snowy ski season. Oh, and while you’re here, get out there and explore our 5 peaks of 2,900+ acres of world renowned ski and rideable terrain!
