Newly Constructed (2017) beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath Cape style home. All the bells and whistles, granite/stainless kitchen, tiled baths, hardwood floors throughout main living areas. Home features include central air, WiFi and Sonos system and speakers throughout. Also outdoor shower, w/d, gas fireplace and a screened porch for enjoying those beautiful summer nights. Kitchen with dining area and large center island. Large stone patio out the back sliders for great BBQ nights. Fenced in yar perfect for your four-legged family members. Parking for 2 cars. Summer weekly rentals are Sat - Sat.

Home is 5 minutes away from some of Truro best beaches. Situated on a very private lot in beautiful North Truro, this home is truly a retreat. Nearby National seashore trails allow for wonderful walks and bike rides right out the front door. Less than 2 miles to Highland Light, Highland Links Golf Course, Payomet Theatre, Coast Guard Beach and National Seashore bike paths. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee and deposit. Guest can obtain a weekly beach pass for a fee from the town of Truro upon arrival.

Lovely Cape Getaway

We loved staying at this property! The house is tucked back in a private neighborhood but still very convenient to Truro and Ptown. It was well-equipped with all the linens and kitchen items we could need. Bedrooms were very nice - the queen was a little tight for two adults but nothing that would deter us from staying here again! We had a fantastic long weekend. Thank you to our hosts for such a lovely experience!

Secluded, lovely home

We can highly recommend this lovely home - it is conveniently located to beaches and outer cape town centers, but quiet and nested in the woods. The spaces within are large, the screened in porch and fenced in yard make being outdoors very easy for you and your pet. We had a relaxing time and look forward to returning.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed coastal home. It is located in a great spot, surrounded by woods and just a few minute’s drive to the ocean and bay beaches. Provincetown was close enough to easily visit our favorite restaurants and shops. The local streets were very quiet and provided a nice option for walking the dog. The screened porch was our favorite spot – so peaceful! We hope to come back again.

Quiet Beautiful Setting

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in a very quiet setting. It’s just a 10 minutes drive to P-town. The home is about 5 years old and would make a great getaway for a family or a couple.

Picturesque home in the woods

Beautiful setting, well appointed home, terrific hiking/walking trails just off the driveway, quiet neighborhood. Games/activities for all ages. Bean bag toss enjoyed by all; a puzzle to be assembled and enjoyed by all.

Perfect Cape Cod Vacation!!!

This was the perfect Cape Cod vacation! Rodney and Jim have an absolutely beautiful home, and they were so attentive to our needs. We loved each and every part of this home. Perfect Stay

Rarely do I find such a perfect property to rent. The house was new and extremely clean. So many extras provided and the location was private and quiet. The house was decorated in a very charming manner. Not one item was out of character and the house was extremely comfortable. The owners were easy to reach with questions and couldn't have been more accommodating. I will rent again with great pleasure.

Disappointing

Having lived in Provincetown & Truro for many years we were looking forward to our stay in this sweet humble home. Location is great.We were home owners and rented our homes as vacation rentals and know that an owner has to know what is / isn't being attended to in their absence. Unfortunately - we arrived to an uncleaned home after waiting for a 3:30 check in. The list of items/rooms that were uncleaned is too long to list. Our host seemed shocked & appalled. We spent too long on the phone talking about "this never happens" rather than remedy /address of our situation. I declined an offer to have cleaners come back as I did not wish to waste another day of vacation dealing with folks especially during covid. When notified that the grill was infested with mice response via email was " thanks for letting us know". When informed that there was open food in cupboards and left over food in fridge etc etc there was horror expressed and we were actually told to just move it to make room for our groceries.Our host said" well it seems you don't like the house and we can refund you"..We certainly knew that cleaning the house (with cleaning products we purchased)would be easier than packing up and searching for another house. So - bottom line - an offer of "at least" one night's charge was offered we shall see. Cleaning schedules get messed up / mistakes happen - it was the total lack of responsiveness of host - that made this an expensive mistake for us.

A house in the woods, close to the beach.

This property was perfect for us. Large home, large yard, surrounded by nature and 15 minutes to the east end. Rodney and Jim are excellent hosts with excellent check in/out. We hope to use this property again for our next Cape Cod trip.

Great place

This is a beautiful house in a wonderful location. The fenced backyard was great and it's right on the access trail to Old King's Highway and all the trails of Truro all the way down to Wellfleet. The living space is great, well-lit, and functional. The bedrooms were great for a family. Wonderful all around.

Our Second Stay

This home is lovely, comfortable, and in a great location. It's just a short ride to the beach and Ptown. This was our second two-week stay here and it was as great as the first. Highly recommend!

Beautifully appointed home in quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and essentially a home away from home. Screened in porch is wonderful and was the site of several family game nights. Super close to beaches and a quick ride into Provincetown. Be sure to check out a music performance at Payomet, just down the street. We saw the English Beat! Owners are lovely and very responsive. We're already planning on renting again next year!

Amazing house!

This house is really nice. Clean, pretty, new, and modern. We're a family of four and were very comfortable here. There were great amenities like a brand new kitchen, Sonos, central air, first floor laundry. Lots of cozy places to hang out, really comfortable beds except in the kid's bedroom (and my son didn't notice), and just a nice, beachy feel. The owners were so helpful and easy to reach. We just loved it.
