Beach House on Shinnecock Bay. Reduced off season rate!

A private road leads to tastefully updated home overlooking scenic Shinnecock Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Lush foliage and bordering preserve provides privacy. The open floor plan includes a double sided, wood burning fireplace situated between the dining and living rooms. The kitchen includes a SubZero fridge with ice maker, JenAir gas range with griddle and Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The wet bar and eat in kitchen complete this room. The dining room seat eight for intimate entertainment. A full wall of sliding glass doors from the dining and living area lead out to the back deck. Here you will find a Weber grill, additional seating and a teak dining set for al fresco dining under the stars. A queen bedroom and separate full bath with shower are also found on this level.
On the lower level, the Primary bedroom with king bed includes an en suite bath complete with shower and claw foot tub. Walk out to the pool and yard from double doors. Additionally, there is a queen bedroom with a sliding door leading to the pool. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and between these two bedrooms is a full bathroom, complete with shower and bathtub. Washer and dryer can be found in the garage, also on this lower level.
Outdoors, enjoy a freeform, gunite pool (open from May-October), a patio with retractable awning, a horseshoe pit and an outdoor shower. The best part of this property is the private access to the beach. Steps down from the house lead you to a beach where you can swim, go clamming, fish or walk the beach looking for seaglass and shells. Perfect house for family getaways! Please keep in mind that from Memorial Day through Labor Day there is a 2 week minimum.

Great getaway
Alessandra was a great host! The location was perfect for our needs. We loved the heated pool and the wonderful views from the deck watching boats come and go with the binoculars.

Very nice house. Perfect for family get togethers. Great for cooking family dinners!! We wish we could have been able to use the fireplace. Other than that a really wonderful place. I would rent there again.

Amazing house, pool and location
We stayed here with our two little kids and absolutely loved the house - the location was very convenient and couldn’t beat the water views from all around the house and from the pool! The house was very clean, in excellent condition and Alessandra was fast to respond and accommodating. As a note for other families with little kids, just be aware the pool is quite deep but it was clean, warm and we used it every day! We will be back!

First vacation in the Hamptons was wonderful!
We normally vacation at beaches in North and South Carolina but decided on the Hamptons this year to squeeze in some extra vacation time with our son who is at Stony Brook University with the football team for summer workouts. This location was perfect for us to balance the distance from Stony Brook while being close to Coopers Beach and the other amenities in Southampton and Hampton Bays areas. And you can’t beat the views from this home. The house is beautifully decorated and super cozy. Beds are very comfortable (and the master does have a king). House has everything you need for a week at the beach with your family. And the hostess is a super communicator. She was proactive and responsive. Definitely recommend this hostess and house!!

Nice and cozy house with the beautiful view of Shinnecock Bay
We had a wonderful stay! The owner of the house (Alessandra) was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the property is excellent! The living room, dining room, and kitchen areas are very amenable and cozy, with lots of light and beautiful views of the back yard and the bay. (It would be a good idea to have a a king size bed in the master bedroom instead of a queen bed) Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Most amazing weekend with the family
After my husband and I who are physicians going through the turmoil of COVID19 pandemic we needed a light at the end of the tunnel. Alessandra and this location provided us with just that. We are so grateful for this home and location. Spent our wedding anniversary with both set of our parents and our babies. Enjoyed the change of scenery . Beautiful ocean and pool. Rooms were large plenty of room, and the house was immaculate . Alessandra was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We are so happy we were able to do this. Can’t wait to book for next summer but for a longer time! Thank you again!

Wonderful gathering place with gorgeous views
We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our relaxing family vacation. The view from the great room windows will take your breath away and has an immediate calming effect! The space was perfect for family gathering and yet everyone was able to find their own spaces, usually by the pool or on the upper deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and added to the special quality of this place. The owners were terrific, giving us advice on places we might want to try and sights to see. We particularly loved the sunset catamaran trip out of Montauk that was recommended by the owners. A short drive to Hampton Bays and Southampton for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. We'll be back again!

'Memories are made of this...'
The perfect venue in so many ways; quiet enough to offer the tranquility of uninterrupted sights and sounds of the bay, but close enough to all that the Hamptons have to offer when required. We had high expectations but they were well and truly surpassed. The owners couldn't have been better, offering advice that greatly enhanced our stay. Only one regret....not long enough....we would all have liked to stay all summer if we could! A perfect introduction to the Hamptons....and we'll all be back for sure. ......'these are the dreams you'll savour'.

Fantastic Home in a Great Location
We stayed at this beautiful home in the dead of winter - Christmas Break - so the pool and the beach were of little use. But even without these two key elements we couldn't have asked for more! The house is extremely comfortable with plenty of room for our four adults and two kids to be together or have some alone time. The master bedroom is very large and comfortable, with a great jacuzzi tub and superb views. The other three bedrooms were very nicely sized and appointed. The main living area was fantastic - easy to lounge and talk or watch movies, a great dining room for meals and a kitchen right in the mix so that the people cooking were part of the conversation and fun. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could ever need from a gadget/appliance perspective. We took walks on the beach which was lovely, and always had the gorgeous views when inside the home. Restaurants nearby, very near the train and grocery store, and only 8 mins from Southampton which has everything. We had such a relaxing and great week despite a blizzard! We spent 90% of our time in the house (very unlike us) but just felt so relaxed, at ease and comfortable. It was a wonderful trip.

South Hampton Adventure
This was definitely one of the most relaxing trips I have taken. The decor of the house is amazing and you simply can't go wrong with a relaxing day at the pool. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the bay is a great way to start your morning. The view of the bay is extraordinary and welcomes the occasional paddle boarder or dog going for a morning swim. The house is conveniently located near shopping, fabulous restaurants, and the beach! We had a fabulous vacation and are looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing escape
What a gorgeous spot. Both sunrise and sunset have to be seen to be believed. The whole family had a wonderful time, we all came back home energized!
