Additionally, the covered patio has seating for 10 plus guests, lounge chairs, a heated pool, a Weber premium grill, and mounted flatscreen television.

Bedroom 5 (Master): This bedroom is spacious and features a king-sized bed, dresser with attached mirror, a seating area with a leather couch that has a queen size sofa sleeper, a mounted flatscreen television, a large walk-in closet, and en-suite bath.

Bathroom 1: Four-piece washroom with Moen-fixtured shower, tub, Kohler toilet, and a large vanity with sink and granite counter tops. This bath also features a door leading to the pool area to allow guests to walk right in from a day of swimming at the pool or beach!

A terrific home for our family’s Spring Break trip!

We had a great time at this property! It was such a close walk to the beach. The pool lost heat a couple of days in and the host was extremely responsive in getting it back to an ideal temp for swimming on cool nights.

Wonderful week with friends

We are a group of friends in our late 60's that have known each other since we were 4. This is our second time renting this house. It is perfect for us, confortable beds, great kitchen, a dining table that actually sits all 9 of us (sits 10) great pool, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Close to the beach. Owner is very responsive to your needs (we needed a TV changed and it was done in one day). Everything really perfect. We will be back.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We had wonderful stay at this house! There was plenty of space for our group of 11 people and it is very nicely appointed. Family vacation

We loved this house. Every bedroom was spacious and comfortable as were the bathrooms. The common areas were so comfortable that everyone had room to relax. But what we loved the most was the proximity to the beach, it was such an easy walk which is not frequent in Marco Island. We also enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach. Definitely will come back again.

Great home in great location!!!

This is our second year in this home. The owner has thought of everything. You really just have to bring your cloths and enjoy your time. Kitchen completely stocked with anything you would need to cook in. Toys for the beach, stroller, wagon, and so much more. The home is beautiful and such an easy walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor area is amazing.

We are an Indiana family that loves to vacation together. We have truly made this house our own and wish to allow others to enjoy our hard work. We bought this house in 2013, remodeled it to the finest specifications, and now offer it as a rental. We have 4 adult children and 12 grandchildren. When we travel, we travel in a large group with usually more than 10. We have taken all of the best ideas from any hotel we have stayed in around the world and tried to incorporate them into this vacation home. Even the paint colors in the house come from hotels or resorts we have stayed in! We wish you the best experience at our home and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home because of our long history with Marco Island. Our large extended family has always vacationed to Marco Island for decades now. We decided to settle in on Marco because it has everything we love about vacation: uncrowded beaches, friendly people, fantastic restaurants, and most importantly a laid-back and relaxing atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

This home is unique because it is over 3,500 square feet. All other homes we looked at were the standard 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom configurations. We needed 5 bedrooms for our ever-expanding family. This home is truly one of the only homes of its size this close to the beach. Indeed, another reason we chose 901 Maple was its proximity to the beach. It is so close to the public beach access that it is not a struggle to get all the kids out on the beach in less than 5 minutes. If you want a lot of space, close to the beach, this is your house!
