About this property

True Ski-in Ski-Out -- Skiwatch 318 at Peak 8

Skiwatch's slope-side location permits skiing up to the hot tub decks from a green (beginner) or a blue (intermediate) ski run. Ski Locker entry is just off the deck. Put on skis at the same place and with a short downhill schuss, ski into the line for one of four high speed quad chairlifts at the base of Peak 8.

Skiwatch 318 has a view of the lifts and of the mountains across the valley. There is a large smart TV in each room connected to premium Roku live and streaming TV service. Free high capacity wifi is available in the building. The elevator is a few steps from the door and a large lounge is next door. There is garage parking for two cars. Exit to the slopes is from the ski locker room one floor down.

All skier services to include ski shop, ski school, child care and restaurants are at the base area just below the building. Lifts give access to all five Breckenridge mountains. The Gondola, Summit Stage and town trolley stop at the base area.

No smoking of any type in the unit, building, or premises. We ask our guests to remove boots and shoes upon entry. We do not allow pets and is strictly enforced.

You can ski/ride down to the lift ticket windows about 200 yards away from the ski lockers!

The location of this condo couldn’t be beat! Right on the slopes, great view! We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. We have stayed in many condos and never had one so well stocked! Thank you! The condo was also clean and comfortable for 7 people.

Incredible value, incredible location
Wow, this location has ruined me for all other ski condos. The proximity to the base of Peak 8 is unmatched and so convenient. With two teenagers, we were able to stop in for breaks and lunch throughout the day and everyone could be on their own schedule. The hot tub overlooking the slopes was never busy and the views are incredible. Things are even better than they appear in the pictures. The living room has modern furniture and a big screen TV, which was great for hanging out in the evenings. The bedrooms are both very large.

True ski in/out - perfect location
The house was amazing with a sweet location. It was super convenient to grab our skis/board from the locker, strap in and ski to the lift (zero walking). We’d typically finish our morning run, grab lunch, then head to 1 of 2 hot tubs to relax - then off to the afternoon runs. Also, the Gondola to downtown is a very short walk away. Finally, the place had all the amenities a family would need, and nice views of the mountains/trails. I would 100% recommend Lee’s property and we hope to be back.

I flew out with 2 of my sons to join my older son who lives in Colorado to spend Christmas in Breckenridge. We had the BEST Christmas ever. The condo was perfect for us, we loved the ski in/out access. Every need was met, with more than expected kitchen equipment. The view was amazing, it snowed to top it all off. Would stay again for sure.

Amazing Location
This was a short trip for my family of four. The condo was cozy and had lots of extras that many rentals lack. The beds were comfortable. The property is as described. The location was the best ski in ski out we have stayed in yet in terms of ease. VRBO sends a prompt with the address but you have to swipe to see your condo number. This was confusing to me during check in, but was certainly a VRBo issue. The owner was nice when I had to call for help.

4 Day Ski Trip
The condo is just what we expected. We were there to ski and this location is ideal with ski in, ski out. On the first day it was walk out, ski in, with a short walk down the slope to rent skis. We ate out one night and cooked simple meals in the well-equipped kitchen the other three. The rooms were comfortable and had nice touches like humidifiers, boot and glove dryer and a drying rack for damp ski gear.
