Great location

We had a great short trip to this condo. Beautiful building and rooms. Easy to get beach chairs set up. The restaurant by the pools is so convenient to get lunch while at the beach or pool. Will definitely stay again.

The turquoise is a great place for people of all ages. Everyone was kind, friendly, and you can tell that a lot of thought went into building these condos. Our unit in particular was well kept and very clean. We had all we needed to enjoy this home away from home.

Perfect getaway!

We had an amazing time in C2106! Pictures don’t do it justice, the condo is amazing! The building is quiet, easy to access and felt secure with the key scan to get into the garage. Perfect Beach access, multiple pools and the jacuzzi on the balcony was great for an evening wind down watching the ocean waves. We will be back!

We love Turquoise Place

There were multiple stains in the carpets and on the couch in the living area, but the condo was clean. Also the hot tub was green and we did not use it because of that, but they did have someone there working on it once during our stay. The complex, multiple pools, and amenities made the stay great!

Beautiful and well-appointed condo!

We loved this condo. Plenty of room for everyone for seating at meals and in the living area. Kings and queen beds along with a sleeper sofa in every bedroom made for an array of comfortable sleeping options. The kitchen was very well stocked for all the cooking we did for the week. We love Turquoise and all it has to offer, and this condo was perfect. Plenty of linens available too. Will definitely be back here. Highly recommend this condo, especially for multiple families as there is plenty of room and sleeping options! Furnished beautiful also!

Summer fun!!

This property is great. They took every effort to make sure our stay was great. My only problem was the property lists double sleeper sofas in each room. The two bedrooms sleeper sofas only slept one adult comfortably. I would change this so people aren’t left to sleep on floor upon arriving. Other than that—excellent.

What you see is what you get!... and more

I shared this room with 7 tennis ladies and it was wonderful. We had so much space and everything was so nice. I thought in such a large property that it may be hard or take a while to access parking, the pools, or the beach. Everything is so accessible. We went in early November and it was warm enough for the pool and not crowded AT ALL! It was wonderful. We called it the Emerald City! :)

Very comfortable. Few items: large shower has no soap dish or shelf of any kind for shampoo etc. the sink in the same bathroom doesn’t drain well if at all. In same bathroom the hair dryer has only high heat. Large rug in family room needs a mat to keep it from sliding

Construction above us

We loved the condo. It was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and was clean. However, the entire week they were replacing and renovating the condo above us and it went on 8 am until 5pm and they were sawing tile and using a jackhammer. We were miserable! You couldn’t stay in the condo during this. It was so loud and you had to yell at each other to hear. This was not the fault of the owners, apparently the Turquoise place doesn’t have a policy where they need to be notified of renovations as long as they are done in the off season. So the owners of the condo I rented had no idea that this was going on. But it was miserable and my special needs daughter ended up in fetal position on the floor crying and covering her ears. She never cries so this was hard to watch! So while the condo was great the experience was far from it. We rented it from Sat-Sat and they were doing the renovations Monday through Friday. It really had the potential to ruin a good vacation if we let it. It was extremely disappointing!

Disappointed

Upon arrival the condo was beautiful, as pictured and we were very excited to be there. Immediately there was a knock at our door and it was the hot tub maintenance guy. He noted right away that the hot tub wasn’t heating. We notified the front desk who told us they didn’t maintain the hot tub. We were then directed to Luxury Coastal Vacations for maintenance. Unfortunately this back and forth lasted the entire week, with multiple calls promising a solution and or a call back and no results. On top of that we were not able to contact the host directly, which should never happen!. My family managed to make the most of our time, as we only get together once a year. We weren’t able to use the hot tub, which is one of the reasons we picked this property, and that was very disappointing. Eventually we were compensated financially, however we were left feeling like nobody wanted to address the issue and were given the run around all week. Not what you expect when you stay at a beautiful place and pay a high price for. It would have been a much better experience if someone would have stepped up and been honest with us instead of passing us off back and forth to each other. We realize it’s not a perfect world and maintenance issues will occur. Honesty is always the best policy and would have left us feeling validated and satisfied. Unfortunately this did not happen until we were home and had to continue calling to get compensated. We finally reached Kristie at LCV, who was very apologetic and professional and got a resolution within a couple of hours. Tiffany, Brook, and Breedlove at LCV we’re unable to get any resolution the entire week we were there. Our hope is that they will learn from this experience and that this will not happen to any other guests in the future!
