Wake Up To The Amazing Sounds And Views Of The Gulf!

A piece of paradise is awaiting you in this scenic setting between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. Our 1700 square foot 3 bedroom 2.5 bath beauty is situated right on the Gulf of Mexico. The beautiful condo was built in 2005, with views from many angles, many upgrades and comes newly furnished.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises overlooking the gulf via the enclosed lanai or sit on your own private patio. Once finished with the morning sun, you can take a dip in the heated pool or the the beach. There are lots of pool floatiies and beach toys in the outdoor storage for renters to use.

Then, head inside and enjoy your two splendid sitting areas either on the lanai or in the family room. Enjoy the 50 inch flatscreen along with a DVD player. Also, you can relax anywhere in the condo while you use the wireless internet.

The condo comes complete with a master suite that includes a king bed, walk in closet, soaking tub and a marvelous shower. There are two other bedrooms that have queen beds. In the living area, you can also comfortably sleep on the queen sleeper sofa.

We haven't forgotten those of you who enjoy a nice evening of wining and dining. Enjoy the dining area especially decorated for those splendid evenings. Or, you can relax and eat informally at the patio table in the lanai.

Englewood Beach is conveniently located between Sarasota and Ft. Myers. It is on gorgeous white sand beaches that are full of numerous activities. Shelling, snorkeling, boating, beach combing and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande - which is within a ten minute drive. There are numerous and wonderful eateries, golf courses (seven within five minutes) and shopping districts within a short drive.

Central air conditioning, as well as pool services are provided. Pool heating is provided with the rental rate.

The condo also has a dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer unit.

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful large, quiet condo with all the amenities we needed. Great location on a large, uncrowded beach with four restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. Nice screened-in porch where we could have a drink and watch the sun set over the water. My wife also enjoyed daily yoga sessions led by a local resident on the beach. Locals said the January weather was cooler than normal, but we thought it was quite pleasant. A few episodes of rain, but we were able to walk on the beach every day. Pool is not in a sunny spot, but it was heated and never crowded. Really enjoyed this place and we will be back.

Highly recommend this property. Loved the location as it literally is a place on the beach. Loved the extras including the coolers, lawn chairs, sand sifters, luggage carts, and more. Will definitely be back!

The view! The location! The cleanliness! Everything! We loved being able to walk to the restaurants. The condo was well stocked and cared for, and the view is impossible to beat. It was a great stay. Communication was great as well. We will be back!

Fantastic Stay

This condo is right on the beach and conveniently close to fabulous restaurants/tiki bars. We we within driving distance (30 min or less) of places to eat/go the mainland. The condo was well stocked and everything we needed was already there or easily available! The condo owner was responsive and communicative. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and our stay!

Great Family Vacation

The views from the kitchen, dinning room, living room, master bedroom and porch are fantastic. Condo is well stocked. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs. Would recommend this rental to anyone.

Wonderful Florida Gulf Experience

Property was well appointed. Location was excellent. Many nice restaurants in the area. Beach and water were beautiful and not overly crowded. Storage area which contained beach items needs to be organized and updated. Overall, our experience was very positive and would return again.

The BEST BEACH vacation!

Having never been to the Gulf, we weren’t exactly sure what to expect. And sometimes, pictures of places seem too good to be true. This is NOT the case with this amazing property. It is the absolute BEST place to stay. The condo is right on the beach, so we woke up every day to the gorgeous Gulf views. We went during turtle nesting season, and were able to see one little turtle make its way to the ocean and new nests were being discovered every morning. The location is fantastic. We had great food from local restaurants. My husband and kids went fishing every night at the Englewood Park pier and caught tons of awesome fish. Anything we needed was at the condo, from towels to dishes and even some toiletries. Anything we needed was just a 10 minute drive over the bridge to downtown Englewood. This by far exceeded every expectation. It made me never want to leave and anxious to return next year!

We will be back!

We had a fantastic 1 week family vacation at this property! Jennifer was easy to work with and responsive to questions about our stay. The condo was as advertised with many amenities you would need for an extended stay (plenty of pots/pans, a crock pot, coffee, ect.). The view and the private screened in and outdoor space were better than advertised - honestly the pictures don’t do it justice! There were beach chairs, beach toys and pool noodles available which makes traveling from out of state convenient! The pool is small (you can tell from the pictures) but we were often the only people there during our stay so it was not an issue. The condo was also in easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. We are hoping to book this condo in the future!

Great Thanksgiving

This unit had everything that you can think of and more. It has plenty of beach-related items in the storage (chairs, floats, kid toys). It is in a great location, you are able to walk to several restaurants and bars. There is nothing better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Everything you could think of for a beach vacation was included. We loved watching the sunsets from the screened porch and patio. Being able to walk out to the beach and down to Stump Pass every day was a plus! The unit was super clean and the beds were comfy! Would love to come back!

Great sunsets

Condo is right on the beach, more than enough room to spread out and relax. Screened porch is a definite plus. Couches are a little past their prime, but all and all a well stocked and comfortable place to stay on the beach . Manasoto Key is very laid back, just what we were looking for.

Amazing Beach Location

We stayed at this condo for a weeks vacation and it could not have been more perfect. This condo is beachfront, the views are breathtaking. The condo is fully equipped with everything from beach supplies, as well as all your linens to kitchen cookware. All you need to bring with you is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as a small gas station. If you want to venture off the beach and into the next town to shop or golf you won’t have far to drive. If you are coming to the beach to unwind and relax this is the perfect spot. I would highly recommend this property and we would most definitely stay again.
