This condo was just updated in January 2018. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the den area for extra guests. Cable and wifi is included. Kitchen is fully equipped. Full size washer and dryer in condo. The Gardens of Beachwalk has a heated community pool and a fitness room. This gated community is nicely landscaped and is great for taking a walk. There is several lakes with fountains. Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach are less than 5 miles away. Within less than a 5 minute drive you have grocery stores, drug stores, outlet shopping, etc... The airport is about 20 minutes away. The pictures will be updated in January of 2018 when completed. Book now to reserve this property for 2018!

Gardens of Beachwalk

We loved the condo and its location! The 2 BR was perfect for us. The pool was a couple minutes from the condo. We enjoy walking for fitness and were able to create enjoyable and safe routes around the area. We were within walking distance of the grocery store, Target, or the Dollar store. There was a varied selections of restaurants in the area. The carpet around the sofa and loveseat was dirty as well as in front of the dresser in the master bedroom. The lamps were very dusty. Lightbulbs in the bathroom were blown. Instructions for the tv were not clear. We phoned the rental agent several times and when she came to the condo, she was able to help with the tv but ingnored our other concerns.

Nice quiet beautiful community. Very nice condo. We really enjoyed the pool and game room since it rained every night.
