Needs a little work, but overall a good place to stay
Could use some updating, but overall a good place to stay.
We could have done without the upstairs neighbors that run up and down overhead all night...so we didn't get much sleep. There really should be a noise ordinance at least for after midnight or so....

Old and worn down.
If I wanted to stay in a dump, I would have stayed home. I found a smashed bug, ants, bottle cap, pet hair and a toenail clipping. Bedroom sliding door doesn’t close or lock. Large air gap under front door. Uncomfortable beds. Dirty dishes in the cabinets and only 3 forks. Hard wood floors have water damage. Individually, these are small details that I could normally overlook, but there are just so many. No wonder this was the only place available. Short walk to beach.

Needs Updates and Better Cleaning for the Price
Great location! Property pool and beach access were great. The actual condo was not clean and needed updates. Furniture and decor are nice for the beach updating the rusted vents and sliding doors would help a lot. The pictures online present the deck as a walk out but it is actually up a flight of stairs. So if you have difficulty with stairs or carrying heavy items up steep stairs I would not recommend this unit. There was a stain on the carpet entry to the main bedroom that we got out in 2 minutes with dawn and some water. Obviously no one had tried previously. The floors were filthy and had not even been lightly mopped. Dust sat on the headboards in the 2nd bedroom. One of the twin beds had a mattress that was as hard as a rock. The sliding glass doors to the deck almost block the beautiful view because of the film on them. The main bedroom deck sliding door does not work and has rubber hanging off of the sliding mechanism. I would not recommend staying in this unit July/August because there is no way the current air unit would keep up with the heat and humidity. We have been coming to Tybee for years because we have family on the island. This unit could be so great with a few needed updates. Not worth the price.

Not worth it
Not worth it. The condo was run down structurally (loose deck boards, buckles in the wall seems) outdated (old furniture fixtures and decor, stained refrigerator, and dangerously rusted patio tables) , and generally uncomfortable (roaches on the patio in the evenings, awful beds and a sticky dining table). There was no misrepresentation in the photos but I convinced myself it would be ok. For me, it was not. If the pictures make you hesitate, trust your gut. The north beach area was good and the complex pool was fine but overall I was just looking for more. I stay in several rental condos/homes each year and I did not feel like the price was a match with the experience.
This unit itself is ideally located but needs a lot of improvement. The furnishings, decor , and appliances were very dated. I could tell from the photos but it was a last minute booking and we would just make do with the unit. The view from the balcony and the location to the beach access and pools are top notch, you won’t go wrong in these areas. The mattresses were terrible, it was painful to sleep every night, even the kids complained about their backs. We were so uncomfortable and were thankful we were only staying 4 nights versus an entire week. We always stay in VRBO properties across the South and this is our first disappointment in 9 years. Again, we knew it looked dated in the pictures but we were hoping for the best. The unit was bare bones and if you are ok with that, then you will not have any problems. We were just used to other condos/houses having better furnishings, supplies and decor. The complex itself is nice, we noticed the neighbors unit was much nicer when they had their door open, so it does vary greatly by owner. The location on the island is quiet and very pretty, it was our first time on the island and Savannah. We loved it and will be back. We loved TyBean coffee company and Latitude 32 shop. So if you want a great complex and location this is it, but the accommodations are bare bones and the mattresses are unacceptable. We are hoping the owners update this hidden treasure soon!
Lovely stay right on the beach with a couple of pools as well.
