This two bedroom, two bath condo has it all, just steps to the beach, a great ocean view from your private balcony, and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Tybee's Pier and Pavilion. Professionally decorated, this unit is both comfortable and luxuriously appointed.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

This place is gross!! Do not stay here! The beds are uncomfortable, dirty, the showers don’t work. The experience was just really bad.

Excellent Location & Great Management Company!!!

The location of the condo is excellent - walking distance to restaurants & everything and literally less than a minute WALKING distance from the beach! The management company (Erin & Keith) are great assets to the company - they sent out a comprehensive list of all kinds of information about the condo and the area. They are very professional and any questions or issues were answered or resolved immediately - great job! Cannot wait to go back!

Fun Family Weekend

Overall a great weekend! The check-in process was tiring, but condo was very clean. If it had not been for difficult-to-use shower faucets and brick-hard mattresses, I would have given this condo a 5 instead of a 4. Location was Awesome!

Short walk to the beach. Cute 2 bedroom condo. Missed having a Keurig but had other kitchen supplies we needed. Nice porch swing on the balcony.

Spring Break Getaway

Loved the location. Close to restaurants, shops and beach. Could walk to get food, coffee and just walk the shops. Had a great relaxing time. Only 30 mins into Savannah.
