Newly remodeled, fully furnished guest house in Napa. Inquire for availability. Rare and great opportunity for monthly stays in wine country. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown. Views of open land and mature oaks provide a country setting close to town. Located on an acre near a park. Large detached main house is nearby but still offers privacy to guests. Owners are easily available via phone, email or text and happy to assist in any way. The unit offers fully equipped separate kitchen with seating for 4. Newly remodeled full bath has lots of storage. Stacked washer and dryer located indoors provided. Queen bed and queen sleeper sofa provided. The area around the property has occasional visiting wildlife. Hiking, mountain biking, frisbee golf course and seasonal archery field are all located near the property. House is located 3 miles south east from downtown Napa. Uber and Lyft is popular and available if needed. Napa wine train and Oxbow Market are located 3 miles away. Unit is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Small families are welcome. RV parking is available with guest house rental at an additional daily charge. ( No hook ups available). New heating and air conditioning unit recently installed. There is a small backyard patio with outdoor seating and BBQ.
PLEASE NOTE: The house is up 2 short flights of steps. Handrails are in place. Entire guest house is on one level. The unit accommodates sleeping for 4 which includes a sleeper sofa located in same area as the queen bed. (Studio style).

Wonderful Place To Stay!
This was our second visit to this property. Wonderful amenities and great location in relation to downtown Napa and the Napa Valley wineries. We will not hesitate in booking this property again when returning to Napa.

Great Place to Stay Near Downtown Napa!
Our stay here was great for so many reasons! The view from the patio was beautiful, the cottage was so comfortable and clean, and it was a great location. Very quiet and serene. The hosts were amazing, very thoughtful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Napa!

Napa weekend getaway
The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay here could not have been better! The cottage was absolutely perfect. It was supplied with everything anyone could want, and more. The shower was absolutely luxurious and having the washer and dryer was a big plus for us. We will definitely be staying here on future Napa trips.

Amazing Stay
Easy checkin process. Super comfortable place. Has everything you need. Very clean. The bathroom is amazing. Comfy bed, AC/Heat work well. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer and all necessities for it. The place couldn't have been better for our needs. Very convenient location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Charming Napa Bungalow
My wife and I stayed while visiting Napa for five days. We had a wonderful time at this home. The place was comfortable and warming. The bathroom had high end fixtures and the bed was super comfortable. There was a ton of closet space and the washer and dryer were super convenient. The outside had plenty of room for dining. You are no more than 10-15 minutes from top notch Napa Wineries. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect location and Extremely Comfortable Stay
My wife and I came to Napa for a music festival for the weekend and visited the beautiful area of Napa. This was a perfect location and the cottage was extremely clean, comfortable, well-stocked and we felt very safe and welcomed in this lovely place. Waking up to the serene field in the back on the lovely porch and seeing the sunrise was magical too! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The Most Wonderful Stay
We cannot say enough great things about our stay in Coombsville. The hosts' attention to detail was spectacular, one example being the fully stocked bird feeder right outside the bedroom window so we could watch the local wildlife fly in for a snack. We even saw wild turkeys hopping along the fence line likely after smelling some of the birdseed themselves! The hosts did a spectacular job renovating this adorable cottage and the kitchen was truly fully stocked if you want to make some home cooked meals while travelling to the Napa / Sonoma area. It was above and beyond that the hosts provided us with a full bag of Peet's Coffee, a local brand to California. The cottage was clean, spacious and very well located to vineyards around Napa and only a short, beautiful drive to Sonoma. Next trip out to California we will absolutely be staying here again! Thank you for making our stay so special!!

Quiet and convenient
Property was exactly as described and was convenient to Napa wineries. The guest house was well stocked with everything you need. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was amazing. Bed was super comfortable. The tech worked great. The evening were super quiet—one evening we we watched a deer graze out the back window just yards from our view. We will look to stay here again!

Perfect cottage for our Napa visit
The guest cottage is very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The spa like bathroom is fantastic and the bed is super comfortable. It's close to downtown Napa, but in a quiet and secluded area. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing looking for a getaway to Napa.

We were visiting Napa for a culinary camp at the CIA in Napa. This was the perfect location. The home was so clean and homey; we felt right at home. The owners were super responsive and helpful. The property was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!

Birth of Granddaughter
What a great way to spend the Christmas Holiday! We were in Napa for 3 weeks for the birth of our granddaughter and stayed here for our trip. The place is perfect! Every detail was taken care of. Much larger then in the photos. We were able to cook in the spacious kitchen and used all the supplied items. We even used the grill for some steaks! Everything you need to prepare a meal was there from pots and pans, dishes, crock pot, storage containers...I could go on and on. All of the Toiletries were available if we needed them. This place is located conveniently in Napa but just far away from all the downtown craziness. Every store we needed was very close. We were close to the hospital for the birth of our granddaughter! Wonderful church close by for Christmas Eve service. We will most definitely be back!

We were so happy with the property. It was exactly what we were looking for. Just far enough outside of town to feel secluded but convenient to anything you want or need. Everything inside was so nice and well thought out. The unit was much larger than we expected from the pictures. Would definitely want to stay here again our next trip to Napa!

The cottage is warm and cosy- located near a park. You have everything that you could ask, for us it was better than a five star hotel. Great restaurant in Napa, and wineries. You are 20mn drive from yountville to go eat at Bouchon.
