It has a complete bathroom with a walk in shower. You will love the lavish feel. Bedroom number two is furnished with a set of queen beds and has its own complete bathroom with a walk in shower too. It’s not only spacious but comfortable! Both rooms have breathtaking views! Bedroom number three has a set of twin beds and a complete bathroom with a tub. (Perfect for the tots!)

The living area has plenty of space for all the friends and family to gather comfortably. You will love coming back to your rental home after a fun day out on in the sun. The sofas are perfect to binge watch your favorite TV programs, a good game or to lay down streaming on the internet planning more fun trip activities. The social area in general is also great to entertain. The dining area is very inviting especially with that view! Enjoy making memories in the home away from home.

Love to cook? You will find the kitchen to be modern, spacious, and very equipped. It has everything you need, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and kitchen utensils such as pots, keurig coffee maker, pans and dishes. The kitchen breakfast bar area has 4 comfortable barstools for your enjoyment. In the utility room you will find front loaded washer and dryer as well so you will be all set.

Solare Tower is located in Bahia Mar, one of the island´s largest properties. You will enjoy every bit of it since it offers fun for everyone. Bahia Mar has shared amenities like tennis courts, walking trails, two over-sized pools with hot tubs, a playground for the tots and an amazing beach deck. It has very easy access to the beach and it feels very private and relaxing all the time.
The beautiful gardens make walking inside the property a real joy but even more joyful is to relax on the beach deck. You will love that spot! Head down to the beach and enjoy a long walk on the white sands or try some water activities!

Don´t forget to enjoy South Padre´s beach Bars like Claytons or Wanna Wanna's for some seaside fun! Brunch in some of the island cafes or if you like a bit more entertainment, the island has a great night life!

HOUSE RULES:
•    Maximum occupancy limit:  8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•    No invited Guests are allowed.
•    To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•    No smoking allowed
•    Minimum age to rent is 21
•    All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•    Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•    No pets allowed
•    Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•    Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay. 
•    We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.
