Welcome to our home - Dogwood Dream. Our family has enjoyed happy times here and we hope you'll create wonderful memories too. You'll enjoy the wooded surroundings overlooking the 9th fairway for your wine, golf, or family weekend. Located just a short walk from Spring Brook's restaurant, bar, entertainment, and pools.

The main floor welcomes you with an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Enjoy comfortable living space with TV/DVD and a gas fireplace to warm the soul. The well-appointed kitchen provides ample space for meal preparation, with seating for 10 in the dining area. You'll find a large master suite with King Bed and private bath featuring an extra long soaking tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. A Queen bedroom is down the hall with a separate full bath.

The finished lower level features another living area with Smart TV - login to your Netflix account and stream movies! A wet bar, extra refrigerator and ping pong area make for great fun! Down the hall you'll find a large King bedroom with TV. Finally, an extra-large bedroom with two queen beds and TV rounds out the sleeping options in this home.

While accommodations are for up to 10, you won't need to coordinate showers - the on-demand water heater allows showers to occur in tandem without hot water interruptions.

Outside, you'll enjoy a patio with comfortable seating and umbrella for shade. Whether you're craving s' mores or some heat on a spring or fall day, you can cozy up to the outdoor fire pit with ample paved area for chairs. A charcoal grill is also provided. Finally, our eco-friendly grounds don't require mowing or watering - you may see some interesting birds enjoying the surrounding little blue stem tall grass!

Home sleeps maximum of 10, rates based on 8 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Spring Brook Getaway

My family and I had a great time at the house on Dogwood.The accommodations worked perfect for our six adult adults and one granddaughter.There was plenty of room for everybody to sleep, and eat, and play, and relax.Thank you so much for the chance to enjoy some family time together!

Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable for our family holiday celebration! Ping pong table was a hit! All rooms have a very comfortable feel. Clean and cozy, will return!

Loved our stay

We love coming to Springbrook properties. They are always clean, reliably appointed, and comfortable. Dogwood Dreams was no exception. The layout was perfect. This fit our group of 4 friends very comfortably. There was a lovely forest view out the back windows - the house felt pretty private. The outdoor patios and fire pit would be amazing during spring & fall. The only things I’d change are the comfort of the beds (mattresses felt a little cheap / felt like non-memory foam) and the location as we could hear highway noise a bit inside. But we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Awesome home

This home is impeccably clean, nicely updated and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. Three full baths were exceptionally nice for our larger group. We enjoyed the indoor pool and restaurant that is in the clubhouse. Food was good, reasonable and the service was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Ski Trip

Family gathering of 8 for a belated Christmas celebration and ski trip to Cascade Mountain. Everything thing about the home was exactly as described and home was very comfortable. Hot tub and pool were enjoyed by all at the end of the day.

Very clean and comfortable for the 10 of us....6 adults and 4 children. Easy access to all the entertainment and restaurants that the Dells area has to offer. Easy check in and out at Spring Brooks registration office. Definitely recommend this home.

Girls weekend

It was a great stay. We enjoyed the backyard the and big table for hanging out at night. The kitchen was big and was very supplied with everything we needed to cook for the weekend. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all eight ladies to enjoy our weekend away. The home was very clean and cozy. Checking in and out was easy!

Dogwood Dream

Property was super clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Had a problem with the thermostat, and they were there to fix it almost instantly! Would absolutely recommend this place! And we will be back!

Best family vacation yet!

We were searching for the perfect place for fun and relaxation, and found all that and more! The home was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The on-sight pool, golf course, and restaurant was everything we could have asked for. Our family will definitely book again!

Great place! Very beautiful

Great place. Beautiful couple of complaints the master suite was not very clean. The ceiling fans were dirty and the master bathroom floors had sticky stuff on the floors. Clearly the house floors were not mopped when I wiped the floors with the towel to get up the sticky substance the towel was extremely dirty! There also was a serious ant problem in the kitchen and spiders but it's that time of season and we are in the woods! The complaints are an easy fix though. We would rent again

Family getaway

The house was great! It was clean and very comfortable. The patio with firepit was also very nice. The house didn't offer quite as many "extra" amenities as others we've stayed in (i.e. no liquid hand soap, salt and pepper, etc.) but otherwise it was nice. The grill could be cleaned better and/or have a way to clean it. The resort property was pretty nice. The advertised surrey bikes was misleading. They only have 2 in general and only one was working. I believe the towels were supplied by the resort - they were very scratchy.

Great place for a family getaway

My family of 4 had plenty of room and a ton of things to do at the house and clubhouse. We will certainly stay here again. The location was amazing (tucked back into the woods) and it was really easy to get to everything. Clubhouse pool was great and everything is the Dells is a short drive away.
