Life's a beach! Beautiful top floor condo with gulf front heated pool.

Perfectly located on the Gulf of Mexico with easy beach access, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has beautiful gulf views and the gulf front heated pool is just steps away. You can enjoy the evening sunset poolside.
Both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds with in suite bathrooms (one has a shower and one has a shower/tub). Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The living room also has a flat screen TV and connects to a beautiful lanai. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances will provide you with the convenience of meal preparation as you wish. For your convenience the Publix grocery store is approximately a mile away.
Free laundry is provided on the grounds.
This north end condo is located within 1.2 miles or less to restaurants, beach bars, Times Square and the FMB Pier. It is an easy walk, or for those who prefer, a quick trolley ride with the trolley stop just outside the condo.
Recreational activities such as jet skiing, sunset cruises, dolphin cruises, para sailing and fishing excursions are accessible a short distance down the beach.

Location, Location, Location!

We enjoyed the beautiful beach and gulf side pool in this well appointed, perfectly located unit. Everything you need is in this clean, well stocked, comfortable condo. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. Lovely screened Lanai with beautiful views. Towels, bedding, well stocked kitchen and basic necessities were supplied. Carolyn was a great owner, checking in ensuring our needs were met. Thanks so much!

Great condo for a great vacation

No need to write a lengthy review - it was all we could have wished for. Apartment: just as advertised, great pool area, quiet and friendly neighbors, stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay Location: Great! Less than a mile to Times Square, beautiful beach just outside. Owner: We’ve rented places in the greater Ft Myers are for 10 years now - this was by far the best experience. From the beginning when we made our reservation six months ago everything has been smoth and easy. They feel more like a relative lensing you their apartment than a landlord!

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Fort Myers Beach. The condo has everything you need and Carolyn was great to work with. She provided an absolutely beautiful place to stay. We loved the pool, the ocean just steps away. We spent the eveningtime on the large lanai. The condo is comfortable and the beautiful kitchen equipped for anything you might decide to cook. We recommend this condo absolutely and we love to come back again.

Wonderful Stay!

This was my first time renting for a month and I can’t say enough good things about my recent stay here.. Carolyn was very friendly and was easy to get in touch with.. I did not have any issues where I needed to but she stayed in touch with me just to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay pleasurable.. The location is great, sit at pool or walk out to beach either way you can’t go wrong .. walk to various restaurants, grocery store right across the street.. you can park the car and leave it ... The other renters/owners there were wonderful as well.. Sometimes as a renter you may not feel welcome this is so NOT the case at this location. Everyone was friendly and everyone is always invited to the various gatherings the condo complex has. They have Sunset cocktails at pool every night(if you choose). Several times during my stay I was sitting at pool watching dolphins swim by in gulf.. as I said I could go on and on.. so To finish up I will simply say I would absolutely recommend this rental property! Thanks for the great month! Kim P.
