The house is 1,700 sq ft, located east of Interstate 95, only 10 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale beach and 7 miles away from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood international airport. Nearby our guests will find several golf courses, Gulfstream race track, casinos, movie theatres, shopping centers and restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines. We offer parking for up to four cars.
Our outdoor area is oriented around a heated pool with a lush tropical garden that provides a serene and peaceful experience with complete privacy. We provide lounge chairs and outdoor dining facilities with an exquisitely designed lighting arrangement that enables our guests to enjoy the evening hours as much as the daylight hours.

Our private, tropical vacation setting provides a continuing respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Bask in the South Florida sun as you lie next to the sparkling, heated pool and gaze at the soothing waterfall. Relax in the shade of the Mango tree.

Enjoy dining out or leisurely preparing your meals at home. Be as active as you want to be. Entertain with a diverse assortment of available games in the bright Florida room. It is ready and waiting for you.

Meditate as you savor your morning coffee in the cozy veranda situated at the front of the home. Tucked away just off the living room, with a spectacular arrangement of lush blooming flowers and a trickling fountain, all framed by a sculpted coral and granite rock arrangement, the veranda is the perfect place to start your day in paradise.

After a few days or rest and relaxation, if you're so inclined, you will find a short drive away amusement parks, world-famous shopping malls, movie theatres, multiple casinos, deep sea fishing options, and a variety of other boating options to satisfy your nautical cravings. You could even take a scenic four-hour drive through the Florida Keys to Key West or a 30-minute drive to Miami South Beach. Disney World is about four hours north.

The family room is in the back of the house allowing you to enjoy the beautiful backyard view. The Kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay more enjoyable. The Living room is equipped with a brand new 60” TV and very comfortable couches to enjoy watching your preferred movie or TV show, we offer Cable TV and Netflix accounts for more movies.
We offer top amenities. In addition to flatware for 12, you'll have kitchen Knives, a Coffee Maker and a Keurig Coffee machine, a blender, Wide-Slot Toaster, tupperware, and plastic cups, bowls, and plates for children, a brand new cookware set, mixing bowls, pyrex, a cookie sheet and all the tools you might need to cook up a feast. We even have place-mats to protect the tables.

When it is time to sleep you will find our bedrooms equipped with brand new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress. The master suite with a King Size bed, 2 nightstands, a side chair and table, a floor lamp, a 6-drawer dresser, a flat screen TV and its own full private bathroom. It has a spectacular view of the outdoor garden.

The second bedroom has a brand new Serta mattress Queen Size bed with 2 nightstands, a clock, table lamps, a floor lamp, a dresser with a huge mirror, a 40” inch flat TV and an attractive garden view.

The third bedroom has two comfortable new twin beds, a brand new 43” inch flat TV, 1-night table without lamp, a floor lamp, a woven chair and matching table, a dresser. This bedroom also has a view of our beautiful, private and quiet garden.

The fourth bedroom has a brand new Very comfortable Full bed, a night stand and a dresser.

Please note we have two exterior cameras to monitor the outside of our home. One is located is at the front door of the house and the other one is located over the parking area. There are no cameras inside the house nor in the pool and patio area.
