Bring your entire family to this designer furnished 3275 foot pool home in the heart of the sought after Solterra Resort. We have designed every detail to provide you with the perfect vacation.

2 Master Suites with large ensuite bathrooms. A total 6 bedrooms and 5 Full Bathrooms!! Sleep great on our new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses.

A gourmet chef's kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and even your choice of Nespresso, Keurig or brewed coffee makers. Every detail has been considered! So well equipped you'll never want to go out to the amazing restaurants all near by. We have supply some Keurig coffee pods, some tea, creamers, sugar to get you started during your stay, as well as a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, bath towels, pool towels, dish towels, dishwasher packets, laundry packets, salt and pepper.

Your large group can gather in the spacious great room for movie night with complimentary streaming or to play board games. All 6 bedrooms each have their own Smart TV so everyone can have their own space when needed.

The fully enclosed private backyard oasis with your own private pool, hot tub, BBQ grill available and very sunny south exposure. There is even a smart TV on the patio to watch your favourite sporting event or movie while enjoying the outdoors!

Pool heat is recommended October through April and is charged at $35/day. Spa heat can be added in the summer months for $17.50/day.

The high end Solterra Resort Clubhouse is a short block away and is all included at no additional fees with a huge zero entry pool, water slide, lazy river, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness centre, playground and even a cafe. You will never want to leave!!

Solterra Resort is often described as "the best gated resort lifestyle community in the Orlando attraction area." It is convenient to everything in the Orlando area. Disney World, Universal, Orlando's many attraction destinations and the Orange County Convention Center are minutes away. So are the area's best shopping destinations. The city of Davenport also has several annual festivals.

Our goal is for you to have all the comforts of a large beautiful home in the center of a resort community, and of course to have your best vacation ever!

NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:

* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
* Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. 2 parking spaces on the drive and any further must be parked in MARKED spaces as per HOA rules.
* Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a Patron Fee for use if the Resort Amenities. Host will refund the cost for amenities usage for bookings in this Villa for those that chose to use the facilities and forward the receipt.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes.
* No pets are allowed.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.

As a private host, we do our best to offer a 5 Star vacation experience in our beautiful home. We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise. CFAR travel insurance can cover many risks including lodging cancelations and/or rental insurance at a minimal cost. All reservations made after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, weather, and other conditions that could impact your travel reservation. More than ever, we strongly urge each guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance.
