The apartment is very bright, with a careful and central decoration, which makes it ideal to enjoy Santiago without using the car. It is also very close to the City of Culture Complex.

A Very Nice Place to Stay

The listing description was accurate in every respect. The apartment was clean and well maintained with everything in working order. The only thing that the apartment was lacking was a hair dryer which we had to go out and purchase and bar soap and shampoo. Luckily we had our own toiletries with us. The owner, Jose Manuel, was extremely nice and very accommodating. His English was passable but he brought along his son, a very nice young man, who helped with the translating. They were very helpful especially with providing me with internet access. The apartment has a parking garage and this is a fantastic feature. The garage was only about 50 meters from the front door of the apartment. If you had to park on the street in Santiago de Compostella it would be a nightmare. I would recommend this apartment to friends and relatives.

Perfect location with parking next door and air conditioning

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Jose Manuel was a very friendly host, with excellent tips on restaurants and tapas locations. It's a quick 10 minute walk up the hill to get to the old city, and the street is quite quiet at night. The pictures of the apartment are accurate, and the place is quite comfortable. A note for those with mobility issues: the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. But as long as you don't mind a few steps, the apartment is just right. Would definitely recommend the place and stay there again.

Lovely property, very central for sightseeing

We found the property very clean and everything was as described. It is very close to the old town for sightseeing however it is a steep up hill walk and would not suit everyone. There is a supermarket for all essentials close by. I would definitely recommend this property

El Apto. esta muy bien ubicado, y el parking bueno

En general esta todo aceptable, pero hay detalles a mejorar: -Faltan soportes para toallas de baño . -El equipo de aire acondicionado funciono solo unas horas y luego nunca mas aun con alta temperatura en el ambiente. -El Wi Fi via Vodafone tiene interrupciones periodicas. -Faltan algunas lamparas, incluso la de un velador la compre yo, en el baño no hay una luz para tener iluminación frontal frente al espejo. - En el baño falta una repisa debajo del espejo para apoyar peines, cepillos de dientes, etc. Mis comentarios no son peyorativos sino un aporte a mejorar y hacer este alojamiento muy recomendable

Un apartamento encantador.

El apartamento es pequeño pero encantador. Tiene una decoración esmerada y seguramente realizada por un profesional con muy buen gusto. Todos los detalles están cuidados. Cuenta con los elementos necesarios para una estancia cómoda. Cuenta con dos televisores espléndidos. Está ubicado de manera que es muy fácil llegar a la zona histórica andando.Su dueño es una persona muy atenta y amable. La cochera excelente, amplia y muy bien ubicada. Agradecemos la confianza brindada por su dueño en todo momento. Sin duda un lugar para recomendar.
