Cosy 3-bedrooms chalet in only 300 m from the beautiful white sand beach of Costa de la Luz in Islantilla (Isla Cristina) in Andalusia. The house is near the forest in the dunes with pine and eucalyptus trees. Beautiful weather all year around!
Parking place, two floors, terrace, patio, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, a complete bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs.
Free WiFi/Internet, flat screen TV with Satellite receiver with many channels , DVD player, dishwasher, airco.
Our house has everything that you need. If there is something missing, we just buy it for you :-)
Ground floor: private parking place in front of the house inside the condominium ground, terrace with a guarden, patio, living room with dining area and a lounge area.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc.
First floor: master bedroom with 1 bed for 2 persons, second bedroom with 1 bed 110 cm broad, third bedroom with 90 cm bed, bathroom with bath tub and bidet.
Clean bed sheets and towels are included in the price
We also have beach chairs and parasol which you can take with you to the beach, but please don’t forget to bring it back :-)
Because of Corona, we clean the house extra well, using special anti-viral and anti-bacterial products.

Islantilla escape.
The property was quite small but more than adequate for three people. Directions to the property were accurate and the check-in smooth. There was a double room and two singles. Bathroom had a very good shower and the toilet downstairs was good.Nice living room but we spent most of the time on the patio as the weather was hot. Small kitchen but well equipped and easy enough to prepare breakfast and dinners in.

Vivienda cómoda, con una ubicación muy buena para realizar excursiones a Portugal y otras zonas de España. Por poner una pega, diría que, aunque indican que hay toallas, son escasas, pequeñas y malas.....es algo que con poco dinero podrían tener perfecto!!

Das Ferienhaus war klein, aber sauber und gemütlich. Es hat einen sehr schönen und schattigen Patio. Die Küche ist auch klein aber gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr nah am Strand und der Weg ist sehr schön. Wann wir da waren es war sehr ruhig.

Mischa was very nice and explained everything we needed to know. The house was big and comfortable. 7 minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend! The only thing I could criticize is the amount of keys. You had to open the gate first, and then 3 other doors to get inside the house. But we got used to it :).

Perfect place to relax and enjoy easy Spanish live
I stayed here to have a quiet place to write a book. In walking distance of beach, cafe, restaurants and shopping. It’s equipped with all the comforts you need. A washing machine, dishwasher and an Internet connection (WiFi). From here I visited Sevilla, Park Doñana, Tavira. But also the beach on the east side is a marvelous nature for long walks. This is also an area for Nudists. If you want to enjoy the sun, visit Sevilla, or if you want to enjoy hiking in the nature this is a good place to stay. The house is as published on the Internet and is spacious enough for up to 3-4 people. It’s good value for money. A small issue with dishwasher was solved quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Un acierto tener dos patios y la casa estaba correctamente amueblada,El sofá cama nos vino muy bien.Se iba l luz de vez en cuando,no sé si por falta de potencia.Echamos en falta algo más de utensilios en la cocina,como sartenes y cubertería.En general,cien por cien recomendable

What makes this property unique

Unique location near Portugal, with all beautiful coast villages and in the same time close to Sevilla, Cadiz, Cordoba, Jerez in Spain. This is a place from where you can explore Portugal and Andalusia.
You can have most tranquil hikes in the nearby forests or in the mountains in Portugal just across the border which is 20 minutes’ drive from us.
In the same time it is a quiet place where you can go for a complete rest outside the season.
