A beach holiday or relax at the fabulous Pool with a cocktail. All with 24 hour security only 1.5 hours from Bangkok (BKK) airport. Please note this is a 50m2 apartment, most of the cheaper places on here are around 20-30m2 and very cramped.
Wifi internet, 42' HD Sony Bravia TV, DVD, stove, refrigerator, microwave, all crockery supplied, towels for bathroom and beach, deck chairs for balcony.
Check in after 2pm and check out by 10am. You will collect the key from the 24 hour security at the lobby.
The View Talay complex lobby includes all the amenities you need to make your holiday complete, including laundry service, mini-market, internet cafe, travel agent, car and motorbike rental, and restaurants. It also includes 24 hour security with parking.
View Talay 5C is located right next to door to Jomtien complex (5 minutes walk) which offers a variety of entertainment ranging from fine dining, pub and cabaret style bars, gym, internet cafe, spa and Thai Massage and many other entertainment and service features. There are also many other venues in the area within walking distance offering every sort of entertainment and services.

I am a constant traveller and have a number of investment properties. Thailand, the land of smiles was so easy to fall in love with. Great warm weather all year round
Why they chose this property
Jomtien beach is 5km south of Pattaya city and a convenient 1.5 hour car ride from Bangkok airport. I always like the easy option of being able to relax at home, go shopping or get out into the local night life action depending on my mood and Jomtien is perfect for that.
What makes this property unique
24 hour Security and convenience of an apartment within 50m of the beach and ONLY 1.5 hours from Bangkok airport. All the facilities such as laundry, restaurants and food stores are available on the first floor. Great pool with restaurant to relax around if you don't feel like going to the beach.
