Waterfront Sailboat Access Canal! Pets Welcome! Nice Sunroom! Great Location!
The house is located on the last road to the water, so it is an excellent location with little car traffic. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, with a sunroom and 2-car attached garage. Stainless steal appliances and there is a washer/dryer. The sunroom may be either screened or glassed, and there is an a/c in the sunroom, as well as central air in the main house. The dock sits on the canal with no house directly across, so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise! Or, have a cocktail in the evening and enjoy the sunset!

We had a nice quiet and peaceful stay in Port Charlotte during the coronavirus pandemic. The house was perfect. We spent a good portion of the time in the sun room watching TV and reading books. They had Hulu, Netflix and Amazon video so program selection was great. We walked the neighborhood daily which was also very nice. The house itself was nicely decorated with top of the line accomodations . Kitchen was a tad small but still ample . The owners were great to deal with and couldn't be more accommodating. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.
Everything went smooth from check in to check out. Central location allows you access to a lot of different activities only 30 minutes away. Ryan's communication is excellent. Great person to do business with. Thanks Ryan for the opportunity to stay in your home.
The location is close to downtown Punta Gorda, and yet less than 30 minutes to the beach. The house is so cute and comfortable! Ryan was a great host and easy to contact. We were very happy staying there and will definitely contact him for our future rental needs.

Really enjoyed my stay!
Upon arrival, the outside of the house looked plain and nothing fancy. However, the inside of the house was clean and nicely laid out. The lanai was a nice addition and enjoyable. The property was close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if returning to the area.

Nice spot in a quiet neighborhood
We loved staying in this house on a canal. It was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Small place, but it was just the two of us, although the house could easily accommodate another couple. The lanai is nice and the house is about 20 minute drive from the popular beaches on Rt 776. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing, easy access to Port Charlotte Bay and Gulf.
We enjoyed our short time at the house. Ryan was on top of things gracious and very helpful. Plan to return often, as long as it's available with VRBO.

Beautiful house and quiet neighborhood
My family of three stayed here for two months. We were pleasantly surprised of how well stocked the home was. It is definitely a home away from home. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching boats pass by. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Ryan was quick to handle any issues that came up during our two month stay. The kitchen is a bit small but other than that, the house is perfect. Plenty of places to eat and visit within easy driving distance. You will not regret booking this vacation home.

Beautiful and clean
My boyfriend and I had such a great stay at this property. We were in a bind to find somewhere to stay quickly and all responses from the owner were quick and efficient. We definitely enjoyed our time here and if we get the chance we will stay again.

Beautiful canal rental
We loved Ryan's home. It was in in a beautiful residential neighborhood along the canals. The home was clean, comfortable and bright. The Florida room was such a joy to be in.
We go to Florida to golf but my wife had an accident and wasn't able to golf, so a lot of time was had In that room relaxing and reading.
Ryan was very easy to deal with and had all amenities listed. He even got us a crock pot to use with our stay.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It would be 100% perfect if there had been a pool.
The only negative was a minimal amount of kitchen counter space and a lack of glassware.
Thank you Ryan. We thoroughly enjoyed your home

Truly a home away from home
This property was a wonderful surprise, as we rented it without having read even one review! Our "leap of faith" was rewarded as the home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, but close enough to beaches and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard that looked out into the canal where we saw a variety of birds and small mammals. Fishing off the peer landed us a good sized catfish in under ten minutes, and the canals are quiet and serene for kayaking ( we brought our own). Our favorite part of the house was the "Florida Room" (as we called it) that brings the outside in with its wall to ceiling windows. The owner, Ryan, was great - even called us on our second day to see how everything was going! HIghly recommend this property.
