Beautiful Vinyl Wood Floors welcome you to the mudroom area that leads you to an incredible view of the beach and boardwalk. The newly redesigned great room has a totally open floor plan. The kitchen space has new cabinets, dining table, appliances and stunning quartz countertop and backsplash. Sit at the Live Edge Wood Slab bar for an unobstructed view of the Broadway turnaround and the north beach area from your window seat. It’s a great place for people watching while you have your morning coffee or happy hour drink. The main TV area has a love seat and couch that turns into a Queen-size memory foam sleeper. The two TV’s offer 125+ Channels with HBO Max, plus the main TV has a DVD Player with over 50 DVD’s. So let the gas fireplace keep you warm while you’re watching a classic movie on a chilly coastal evening. The bedrooms offer plush carpeting, and both have King-size Sealy I Comfort mattresses plus blackout shades for a restful night’s sleep. A barndoor leads you into a stunning Master Bathroom that features a walk-in multiple head shower, double vanity and tastefully done shiplap walls plus tiled floors and shower. The second bathroom uses bold tiles on both the floor and in the combo shower and bathtub. This unit also has full laundry for those extended family vacations. Beautiful condo, clean, and great location. We appreciated having enough towels, bedding, and extra blankets. Recommend adding good quality knives, but otherwise fantastic! Check-in/out was easy and the overall space felt homey, with a superb view. We will definitely be back and loved our stay. 5/5

The perfect getaway!

This was our first time to experience the Pacific Northwest and we are so grateful we got to stay in this lovely place. The view is amazing, the newly renovated decor is beautiful, and the location was perfect for our family’s needs. Thanksgiving at the Beach

Family Getaway

My husband, my two kids and I absolutely loved this place. I grew up, going to seaside when I was younger, my grandmother lived here. The condo was perfect very clean, very comfortable, in walking distance to everything. Everything was just amazing about it! highly suggest this place to any family!

Fabulous location, beautiful condo with everything you need!

My family of three as well as my parents stayed here for a week during the Seaside volleyball tournament. The condo is beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed. It’s also right across the promenade sidewalk from the tournament so it’s super easy to get to and even watch from the balcony!! Of course that means the view of the ocean is incredible from here as well (if you’re not in town for the tourney haha and even if you are). We would absolutely be staying here next year if it was big enough to also fit my sisters family! This is the best place to stay in seaside (we stayed at worldmark last year and enjoyed this so much more!)

Conference Stay

Lovely condo. We were in conferences all day so only used it for a place to sleep and get ready in the mornings. Master bed was comfortable and shower was beautiful!

The place was great! Amazing location, beautiful ocean view, spacious, etc. what more do you want? We had a great time for our annual seaside trip. We usually rent a house, but this condo was too good to pass up. Would definitely come back

Amazing in every way!

What an amazing property! Perfect location right on the promenade and walking distance to everything. The condo is immaculate and beautifully decorated. We loved drinking our coffee on the balcony each morning and watching the waves roll in. Walking down to the beach for sunset was magical. And the shower in the master bathroom is so luxurious I never wanted to leave!! For a relaxing beach vacation you really can’t do any better than this! If we didn’t live all the way on the east coast, I would make vacations here a regular occurrence. We hope to return someday and will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to make it back to Seaside.

Montana visitors

The time we spent here was completely enjoyable, even with a cranky ocean. Most everything we needed was provided in the unit or just a short walk or drive away. It was a warm and quiet place to view the ocean and tread on the beach. Clean, comfortable, and a fantastic view. One nice touch was the remote for the autogate.

Thanksgiving 2020

I was pleased with everything except that the fireplace didn't work. I called and was told it had been working up to this point, requested a service call, and nobody ever showed up. I suspect this property fireplace simply doesn't work and they make excuses for it. It was very disappointing. I did enjoy everything else about this unit and our stay.
