This renovated and well-maintained cottage (guest cottage to "Life is Good") has a private entrance down a footpath through a white picket fence with an open-air front porch surrounded by a lush yard. The front porch has Adirondack bar seating for two and a garden stool, an ideal location for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine after a day at the beach. In addition to the front porch, guests have exclusive use of a newly added deck area with additional outdoor living areas featuring two chairs and a garden stool under a tree-top canopy. Guests have exclusive use of the enclosed outdoor shower and the laundry facilities located adjacent to Risa's Cottage.

This adorable one-bedroom cottage sits behind the main house, Life is Good (private owner home does not rent) on Forest Street. Off the front porch are the main living areas; a well-designed and compact main living and dining area complete with a queen sleeper sofa for young ones, a flat-screen smart TV, and the kitchen area. The kitchen features a built-in dining nook for a sit-down meal surrounded by windows. There is a compact kitchen perfect for quick meals; the kitchen is composed of a small sink, induction stove top, a microwave, and a Sub-Zero compartment refrigerator and and freezer.

The main bedroom is a queen, just past the open living areas with a private bathroom, dual nightstands, and plenty of natural light. The full bath has a shower only and a closet complete with built-in custom drawers and storage for your stay.
