Awesome lakeview 2/2 tucked in the trees with tons of outdoor space to enjoy including fenced yard with outdoor pavilion, fire pit, grill, and multiple relaxation and dining spaces. Updated with a modern, farmhouse touch, the private master bed and bath are upstairs with a custom built king bed with a brand new “certified green” mattress and cozy cotton and linen bedding. The master also includes a daybed for a 5th sleeping area for a child or small adult, if needed. The secondary bed and bath are downstairs with hand crafted queen bed that also has a new “certified green” mattress and comfy bedding for a great nights sleep. The 6th person (small adult or child) can sleep on blow up mattress in any of the available floor space they choose or on the couch with added sofa cover and bedding.
We love the natural surroundings and have a great greenhouse where you can practice your green thumb or art skills to provide some fun and unique activities for all. We have yoga mats, Pilates bar, medicine ball and large balance balls in the carport should you prefer to start or end your day with some exercise or zen time. We also have Cornhole, Molkky and various other board and card games to try your skills at.
Our home is located a few blocks from the community boat ramp, 10 minutes from River Road and less than 15 to the “Horseshoe” and Whitewater Amphitheater, the location couldn’t be better. A few more miles to Historic Gruene, New Braunfels, San Antonio, San Marcus, Wimberly and Bourne and easy day trips to Fredricksburg, Johnson City or Austin. With an abundant variety of outdoor options between floating one of the rivers, boating or enjoying the nearby Comal Park swim beach and island or fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc, you can’t forget the many live music venues, amusement parks, museums, wineries and eclectic shopping options all within a short drive!
Our goal is for you to enjoy a vacation while also feeling “at home”! We are travel junkies so we have a ton of experience with what can really set your experience apart! We personally manage every aspect of our properties and your stay and are very nearby should you need anything during your visit.
