The lovely 3,400 sf Bridgewater Cottage has 6 bedrooms & 4 baths. The home is perfect for multiple families and features contemporary finishes, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, premium hi-def satellite, WIFI, backyard gas grill and dining space, and all linens, towels, and paper products.
The convenient first floor bedroom suite is handicap accessible and has a Queen sofa sleeper and flat screen television. An additional Queen sofa sleeper is located in the living room of the open concept main level. The attached garage has an airy foyer with a coat closet. The fully equipped kitchen features a dine in island with granite counter top and seating for 3. The dining room has a formal dining table and chairs for 8 guests. Additional seating and dining space are available on the patio.
The upper level has a grand Master Suite with large soaking tub, flat screen tv, and huge walk-in closet. Also on the upper level are 2 Queen guest bedrooms, a guest bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 Twin sleeping spaces), a hall full bathroom, and a full laundry room.
The lower level boasts a newly built out second living area with SmartTV, an additional bedroom with king sized bed, and a beautiful full size hall bathroom.
Located at the Harbor Club South Haven, the home includes access to our private marina with club house and seasonal heated pool. The pool is currently closed for the season and will open again Spring 2020 (with guaranteed availability by Memorial Day). The nearest public beach access is just two blocks away- easy to walk to and a little more secluded than the busy downtown beaches. The Harbor Club South Haven is just 5 minutes from downtown and North/South Beach with the historic pier and lighthouse.
