This is a fabulous location! It feels like it’s in the country, yet it's in the city. Private yard. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Three covered parking spots. You may want to visit the Rose District, which is 1/2 mile away. Restaurants within walking distance include Rib Crib, Chick Fil-A, and Uncle Vinny’s Pizza, as well as authentic Mexican food and more! NO SMOKING IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY.
