Overall only good..

Although the VRBO host was accommodating and communicative, the hotel fell short in several areas. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day and never showed. Also I’ve never paid so much per night for 1-ply paper products. Secondly although we had hot water in our unit, our friends ( Admiral Level) had none. They spend days trying to get managers to move them. Customer service basically said nothing was wrong with the water instead of promptly resolving the issue.

Great experience - nice room in a nice resort.

Clean, modern room, large bathroom and full kitchen. Owner was very accessible via email and text, and made checkin really easy. (Happened at the front desk of the resort, no complicated codes or lock boxes.) Pool is nice, fun for little kids all the way to older kids. Grocery store 5 min away which made breakfast and lunch easy. We didn't use the restaurant but the bartenders were friendly and the drinks were good. Would definitely come stay again.
