A Cozy Ocean Front Cottage

An ocean front beach house with beautiful ocean views from the living room and deck. A master bedroom with a large tub and heated floors. The second bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with tub and another bedroom has 1 sets of bunk bed with an additional queen bed. A great room with fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room. All with views of the ocean. The famous Seaside Cove is in view with all the surfers. The house has BBQ, sand toys, foosball table, fire pit, and washer/dryer. A block away is a grocery, pub, breakfast cafe and the south end of the historic Seaside Promenade. The Promenade is one and a half miles long bordering the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. Downtown Seaside offers restaurants, beach rentals, shops and plenty of activities for all ages. Bowling, swimming pool, skate park and library near by. Nearby Tillamook Rock offers a hike to Cannon Beach and a beautiful view of the light house and Haystack Rock.

Disconnect with the world reconnect with family.
Great place to gather. Quiet location. We enjoyed the trail to the beach. It was a wonderful place to disconnect. Lots of games and books. The view was beautiful. Well equipped kitchen. Great location to go exploring. Only complaint is pillows. Please get pillow covers.

My best friend and myself used to take yearly trips to the coats for our birthdays. We have since had kids and she’s married, we haven’t gone in years and this year we decided to start the tradition with our kids to go to the coast for their birthdays, they ate all within 3 weeks of each other.

A wonderful cottage with a stellar view of the ocean.
We had two sets of children, plus a grandchild each over the course of 12 days. The master suite was a huge hit with the adult children, especially the soaking tub. The third bedroom was perfect for the grand kids (4 and 2). The grandparents (us) were cozy in the smaller (ensuite) bedroom. The weather wasn't very warm so we didn't try crabbing or have a fire in the fire pit (traps and wood available in the garage). The game/toy closet was a big hit too. We would definitely stay here again!

Seaside Basketball Tournament Trip
Our stay was wonderful. Martha was quick to respond and made helpful accommodations for us. The house was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood with incredible views. We ended up staying an extra night because of the cozy home and beach views. We traveled with four adults and four kids who fit comfortably in the home. We will definitely be booking Martha’s home in the future for family trips to Seaside.

Great Beach House
The house is a short walk (200 feet) over a small dune to the beach. There is great view of the beach. The house is well equipped, with many details provided such as a fan in every room, soap in every bathroom, firewood in the garage, a hose for cleaning beach sand off of items, laundry onsite, etc. Everything works. We had a great time!

Great long weekend
Really great property in terms of layout and location, away from the hustle and bustle (but close enough if you want it). Enjoyed a walk on the beach every day! Property was clean, well appointed, and worked great for the 4 of us getting together for a Veteran's Day Weekend, grilling and watching football. Would probably start to get a little crowded in the community area if we had a couple more big guys lounging around, unless there were couples, then I think 6 would be totally fine. Regardless, it was unanimous amongst the group we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

for the price $$$, amenities were more on the barley. you"d think the pillow cases could at least fit the pillows, a can opener that worked, baking pans should be thrown out. If it wasn't location and view, somewhat ordinary.

Perfect family Getaway
The home was in a great location just south of the Prom. We were within walking distance of the amenities of the town but far enough away from the crowds. The home is a perfect set up for families with an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Huge windows in the dining and living room faced the ocean and the spacious deck provided endless views of the sea. We even spotted whales as we ate dinner. This was our second time staying at this property and we appreciated the host’s responsiveness to our feedback
