Love Pensacola

First time to Pensacola. The beach is beautiful!! Our condo was just what we needed. Close to the beach and all the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend it.

Pensacola Beach Condo

We loved this condo. It was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed being on the ground floor even though there wasn’t an ocean view. It was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful property! The location is perfect, easy to use the free busses. The condo had everything and was clean and very comfortable. The beach is RIGHT THERE outside, we truly could not have had a better experience.

Pensacola Beach stay

while the condo itself was very nice and extremely clean, the photo that you’re still using to advertise this location is misleading. It indicates to me that the condo is beachfront and it is not. It’s close to the beach but does not have a view from the condo itself. The owner contacted me right before and explained that I would be disappointed if that was my expectation and since it was and I spent the nightly fee for what I thought was beachfront, I requested some money back which the owner complied with without complaint. That’s why I don’t understand why you’re still using the same photo. The owner was kind & available and even mailed me back the bathing suit I left behind. Great place but deceiving about the beachfront view!

Real clean and modern property short walk from the beach

Perfect sized property for a couple or small family (with one or two small children on sofa bed) This is truly a turn-key property to walk in and start enjoying the sugar white beach just steps away. Note: as a ground floor apartment, the sand dunes block any direct view of the beach or water from the spacious back porch. A relaxing and clean fresh water pool is also available to residents along with a sand and salt wash-off station with two hoses once you leave the beach. Staff member Heather met us in the lobby to give us our parking pass and to ensure all of our questions were answered and get us started on a very fun and relaxing week.

Very clean, calm, safe, convenient property. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Two minute walk from condo door to beach, with beach chairs and good beach umbrella provided. Nice pool. Comfortable fold out bed. Owner communicated instructions very well and timely. Excellent experience. Will try to book this condo again for return visits.

Property was well maintained. The pool very clean. Condo was all that was promised with a lovely patio and grill. Very private.

The condo was decorated beautifully and fully supplied with most all things you would need. The only downside was the lack of a view of the ocean due to the room being blocked by the dunes. It was a swap for the convenience of being on the ground floor :)

Amazing!

I can’t say enough about this condo. It was immaculately clean, updated, and felt like home. The decor is just enough beach without being tacky, the bed was SO comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, kitchen amenities, beach chairs, umbrella, washer and dryer. We loved being on the first floor, but if you need a beach view, keep in mind the sand dunes block the b view of the beach from the patio. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and they exceeded my expectations. Will most definitely book here from now on!
