It is a comfortable house with lots of green area, ventilated and with plenty of space for leisure. Built on a total land area of 2000 m2, has barbecue, with a kiosk, swimming pool and hammocks. Plenty of room for family and friends.
It is near the beach of Espera (5 min) and supermarkets. By Coco Road, Itacimirim is just 5km from Praia do Forte and 8km from Guarajuba.
