Great Location

This is definitely a beach rental. Beautiful location. Close to many restaurants. The unit was clean and convenient. No beach equipment in storage was the only deterrent. Would definitely think about staying here again.

Girls Trip

Our stay here was so nice. Steps to the beach! The condo was just right for our trip. Good location. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The best part was the customer service. I had accidently left some jewelry. I contacted the ITrip number and Diane texted me back within minutes. She was right on it. She got in touch with the cleaning crew and they had found my jewelry. Christine sent it back to me the next day. I received my jewelry within a few days of coming home. I cannot Thank Suncoast Cleaners, Christine and Diane enough. My only recommendations would be to put up curtains in the livingtoom. The sun in the late afternoon is brutal when you are sitting on the couches. Also...a dust pan in the storage room would help when you are trying to sweep out all the sand. Great trip...great place to stay. We will be back!!!

Perfect week!

This was our third time renting this unit and it is perfect, in location, cleanliness and friendliness of the manager and other renters. The air conditioning did not work but it was not an issue as it was very comfortable with the doors open and ceiling fans on. We reported it and they were working on it. My only suggestion would be changing out the mats in the baths and kitchen as they are getting tired! Definitely would stay again!

Very clean but some attention to some things.

The ceiling fans and vents could use a good cleaning. Master bedroom and bathroom doors stick and don’t close easily. It was a very nice, relaxing stay and the condo was very nice with everything we needed. Beach access was right out the door. Thank you!

Just the basica

This location was great. It was neat, clean and we enjoyed our stay. However if you are used to rentals having those little extras- this is not that. If you are flying in plan on bringing an XL suitcase and doing a good bit of shopping

This was a lovely property on the beach. The area was quiet and peaceful. I only got to stay 2 of my 5 nights due to a hurricane but I will come back here again.

Relaxing week...

Condo is in great location... Clean and well decorated. My only issue was that the such "start-up" set of supplies was not provided as stated in email. It seemed kind of bare, "love is in the details" and it would have felt cozier with a few extras(that's the difference between 4 starts & 5 stars). Also, the upstairs people would "stomp" what felt like 24/7. During the day is easier to ignore however, at night when you're trying to get some well deserved sleep don't appreciate being woken up. People who sleep like a rock lol, would probably have no issues. Overall, nice place...

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Piper’s Nest. It was just steps from the beach & the storage closet made it very convenient. The area around the condo is very nice as well. The view was perfect from the balcony & even from the kitchen. It was a great family vacation.

Piper's Nest #5

The place was decorated cute. It was spacious with lots of storage. It was in a great location as far as shopping, restaurants, things to do and only steps away to the beach. It has a beach storage closet outside which was nice to put our stuff in. Nice kitchen. A slight view of the beach from out balcony. Down side: new mattresses were needed on all beds as they sagged, the living room furniture was uncomfortable as it needs replacing as well. The floor was filthy and seems like it was not cleaned before our arrival. Very dirty around entry door handle on the inside and some places on bathroom doors, as well as wall by trash can. I would want the owners to know that they may not be getting their moneys worth in regards to the cleaning staff. The air conditioning was very inconsistent. It was freezing in the living room and the bedrooms were very hot. I checked the vents to be sure that they were open but there didn't seem to be airflow. Overall, due to the location, we would stay there again....and bring bleach wipes.

Awesome vacation!

This place was amazing and so reasonably priced for being right on the beach! This was our first family vacation and we will definitely be back! The location is perfect for going to Busch gardens or the boardwalk or the beach!! 10/10!

April Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Piper's Nest 5. The condo had everything we needed for a beach trip. We were just steps from the beach. Even though we were not beach front, we still had a beach view from our balcony. The only recommendations we have for improvements are to add curtains or blinds to the balcony door to block the afternoon sun from the condo and add some privacy after dark. Also, there was plenty of linens, they were just dingy and not soft.

Pipers Nest 2

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Pipers Nest. It was exactly what was described in the description. The only thing that needs to be updated is the bath towels. Very dingy and not appetizing. The other is the master bathtub fills up to your ankles while showering. Doesn’t drain well. Will this stop us from coming back? Absolutely not! We loved the location. The beach, sunsets, dolphins. Wonderful location-very peaceful and secluded, yet close proximity to all the best beaches and rest!

This was a flawless process. Especially appreciated “Alexa” to help answer questions, but didn’t have many because the “welcome” email was so detailed! That first floor storage unit was full of chairs, umbrellas, and anything we needed for the beach. We will definitely be back again!!

Teachers Paradise!

We teachers loved this condo! The location was perfect and between many restaurants and things to do. The trolley was a great way to all go eat and no one had to drive. Parking is very limited in this area so it was a great option. The beach was so close and the storage closet for beach chairs and umbrellas was an easy way to get to them every day. The condo was very spacious and the view on the balcony was perfect if you didn't want to go to the beach to see the sunset. The ONLY thing to mention was there are no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels or bathing suits to dry-only one towel bar. Since you cannot hang suits on the balcony it made it difficult to hang up wet things. But I would come back tomorrow! Check in and out was easy and no hassle with anything! I hope we can all come back next year!!!

Was beautiful and view was perfect and covered and in shade so you don’t burn to death on the balcony and a beautiful view of ocean. We seen some dolphins. Beds were very cozy. Great location for short drives to restaurants. No complaints from us exactly what we needed a peaceful relaxing getaway

Two weeks in paradise!

This is it!! The unit is steps from the beach, very clean, lots of updates, decorated very "beachy", open concept, and bedrooms are very big. Not to mention the restaurants in the area are top notch and the tenants in the condo are very friendly and welcoming. We already booked for 2023!!
