Peter was a great host. He was very communicative. The unit was super clean and perfect for our family of 4. Convenient location and not sure why so many people complain about the stairs… It wasn’t bad at all.
We had a few bumps in the road during our stay but Peter did all that he could to fix things including quick communication and resolution. The condo is in great condition, a great location and is an easy walk to the pier at Weirs beach.
Condo was in the perfect location to walk down to main events and the scenery was beautiful! Homeowner was great to deal with and answered any and all questions as it was my first time there. Would definitely book again with Peter.
We stayed for Labor Day weekend and were very happy with the condo. It’s in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and things to do. Clean and comfortable. Great bedrooms and kitchen. The outdoor patio was so nice to sit out at night and talk and watch the stars.

Great place to stay. Not too far from the beach and boardwalk but the hill is intense if you are going to be walking. The kitchen was fully stocked. Great little porch. nothing but a pleasant experience.

We had a great stay! The owner was very helpful and quickly responded to some questions I had. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all needed for cooking meals and serving them.
Nicely kept grounds, pool was wonderful.
The only downfall of the condo property, (No reflection of the condo unit owner), is the stairs down to the condos, it is very hard to see steps in the evening because they are brown. Post handles wobbly, some bricks loose.
It was great that we were so close to Weirs Beach, could have walked there if we wanted to.
I would definitely recommend staying there.

Unit was clean and amenaties were lovely. Only drawback is lots of stairs to get from parking to unit. I would rent here again.
It was exactly as described, quiet area and no issues. Probably the only downside was the fire alarm always beeping in trouble and but that’s not the owners fault.
I had an excellent time. The property is as pictured. It is only a few blocks walk to Weirs beach. I had zero issues while staying there and the owners were easy to communicate with. Check in was easy and without issue. Also I found the community wifi to be fine and had no problems with connectivity. Would be happy to stay here in the future.
When we first arrived, I was a little bit worried. Parking is a pretty good walk to the unit - 22 steps down to get into building and then 4 or 5 up to get to the unit door. The building is rather dark and smells pretty musty. We both mentioned how grateful we were to arrive during the day. I don't know if we would have found it in the dark. I was relieved to get inside the unit as it is well lit and clean. The musty smell was slightly there, too, but after having the windows and glass door open a few hours it was much better. Having a fan would have been really helpful! The condos appearance from the outside is not very impressive - but it was fine inside the unit - especially if you aren't fussy. (I will admit I'm a bit of a 'hotel snob' as I traveled a lot during my career - so I can be a tough judge.) The decor was dated and plain, but it was absolutely spotless and that is what matters the most. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom (plus!)> Each bedroom has an old wall mounted air conditioner that work amazingly well to cool the whole unit. We used them one night, and left windows open the other nights. Neighborhood was very quiet. Never saw anyone in our building but we did hear them above us occasionally. One of the front windows won't lock. Alarm sounded a few times in the hallway - owner was responsive to report. Kitchen is sweet and well stocked. This place met our needs just fine.
The property had everything we needed to manage our family of 5, and the location was SO convenient to everything. Weirs beach, the boardwalk, the nature preserve, and even Castle in the Clouds we're all easy get to. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation!
Clean unit with everything you require in a stay. Nice short walk to get downtown. Restaurants & entertainment within a minute or two of location. Saltwater pool was clean and plenty of seats. Look forward to visiting again.
The unit was clean and as described. Very nice to have 2BR and 2BA, not common in the Lakes Region for that price range. The Village at Winnepesaukee has a nice pool and a good spot near Weirs Beach off the road to Meredith, though the buildings are starting to show some age (from 1974). Very family friendly, if not super quiet as a result. VRBO is a better way to go than the timeshares or having to buy a unit (condo resale prices have skyrocketed!), and the unit owners were really nice to work with.
The condo was clean and very close to the pool. The pool was very clean and always plenty of seating open all times of the day.
The condo was walking distance to downtown and the beach as well.
