It's main living capacity is 145 sqare meters with 3 parking places, 3 terraces, outdoor whirlpool and pool and traditional dalmatian barbecue. A natural rock decoration and garden surrounds the villa.
It has 5 double-bed bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kithens, dinning room, 3 bathrooms and a toilet. All rooms but 2 bedrooms have direct view to the sea and the house is air-conditioned. There is free Internet acces on both floors and 2 TV's in the living rooms.
On the ground floor you can find 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a toilet, kitchen and a living room that opens up to a terrace with direct view to Pučišća bay and traditional mediterranean city of Pučišća.
Stone stairway leads up to the pool area with waterfall-style outdoor pool surrounded by a garden.
Second floor, close to the pool, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room and a living room that opens up to a spatious dinning terrace covered with roof, perfect for afternoon sun bath and enjoyment in sunsets that grace the skies above the bay. On the left, this terrace is connected to another terrace with stone barbecue, and on the right, few steps away, you can find a pool with shower and additional space for taking a sun bath.
