Private lake retreat with great decks, kayaks, bbq and fire pit.
Gorgeous lake views from every room! Large expansive property right on the open water.3/4 acre at the end of a culdesac with your own private dock, boat ramp and beach. Newly decorated beach house with comfortable beds and bedding and lots of nice bathroom and beach towels! Enjoy breakfast on the lakeside deck and dinner in the cozy nook watching the moonlight sparkle on the water. Lots of amenities including kayaks, floating tubes, swim vests, sun lounger, fireplace and fire pit. A complete coffee bar with whole beans and grinder and also coffee, tea and hot chocolate pods. Just a few minutes into Granbury for a vast array of restaurants, shopping and theatre. Our goal is to provide our guests with an extraordinary retreat like experience!

I have been a property manager for years and this is my second privately owned vacation rental. The comfort and satisfaction of my guests is my top priority. I truly ENJOY SETTING UP COMFORTABLE AND BEAUTIFUL little luxurious touches that make staying at my home an experience to remember. I am easily. contacted if needed but otherwise unseen...I like my guests to feel that this is their home away from home! I have lived in CA and TX and love family (husband, children and grandchildren) , home re-modeling, goat ranching, wildlife viewing, water sports, dining out, and worshiping the King of Kings!

WALK OUT WATER access... you want the open lake in your own private backyard then this is your vacation spot. Unlike other properties where the house and dock are squeezed between neighboring properties, this is your own private peninsula of land on the lake!
