Rock Springs Retreat is an amazing home located on Lake Greenbriar, which is the largest lake in Holly Lake Ranch. This lake is great for fishing, boating, skiing, and tubing. The boat ramp is less than 1/2 mile from the house and we have a boat dock to tie up your boat or water toys.
What a perfect location for a large family, family retreat, or friends getaway. There is a huge deck that overlooks the lake and wraps around to a screened porch. It is the perfect spot for cooking out, watching sunsets and wildlife!
The home has an open floor plan that welcomes you from the moment you walk in. The kitchen is perfect for those large get-togethers and features an island a and a large breakfast bar. Three of the bedrooms have large windows with lake view! The master bedroom is conveniently located on the lower level. Above the garage is a game room with a pool table and in the screened porch we have a ping pong table. Stroll down the boardwalk to your own private fishing dock! Holly Lake Ranch is a beautiful, gated resort community in the Piney Woods of East Texas.
Amenities such as golf, swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, mini-golf, horseshoes, shuffle board, volley ball, etc. are available to all of our guests. So bring your family or friends to Rock Springs Retreat for a memorable vacation and enjoy the beauty of Holly Lake Ranch!
Please note that as of April 1, 2022 there will be a fee for guests to bring motored watercraft in to Holly Lake Ranch to use on the private lakes. The fee is $50 and is good for three days.

We started off as college sweethearts and now have enjoyed 45 years of marriage. With 3 grown children, and 3 precious grandchildren, our home has always been the hub for folks to gather for food, fun and fellowship. We love offering a place for family and friends to gather, connect, and build great memories.
Why they chose this property
We first vacationed at Holly Lake Ranch in 2011 in this waterfront home on Lake Greenbriar. The fishing was great and we immediately fell in love with the beauty of the piney woods, private lakes, wild life, and resort amenities. In 2014 we bought a home on Lake Greenbriar to retire in. We are now blessed to manage this beautiful home for the Shuga family.

This house was our first introduction to Holly Lake Ranch. We fell in love with the beautiful wooded area, private lakes, wildlife, and extremely friendly folks.
