(No damage from Hurricane.) Newer, 1 bed, 1 bath unit, private rear yard patio, granite counter tops, wifi, cable TV, all new. Walking distance to white sands of St Pete Beach (approx 400 yards from beach). Central to most restaurants on St Pete Beach. One block off the many boulevard. Private rear yard patio, landscaping almost complete (grass needs to go in this week).

St Pete Beach

Bright, clean and comfortable one bedroom end unit in a quiet well-maintained residential neighborhood. Great location - walk to wonderful beach, lots of eating options and cute downtown with shops and more restaurants. Pretty and private landscaped back yard space. Convenient washer/dryer on site. Owner (Jim) very responsive and friendly. A perfect experience for our first VRBO rental.

Great little unit within walking distance to beach

The owner is very helpful and accommodating! This is a newly refurbished unit and it is set up beautifully for 1-2 people; very clean, all brand new, and includes everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach. It also has a small little backyard patio with chairs for post beach hanging out. It is a short walk to the beach and any eating/drinking establishments. Don't miss the sunsets on the beach at Upham Beach and have a yummy meal at the Paradise Grille. Farmer's Market on Corey Ave. on Sundays is another great activity. St Pete's Beach is a favorite vacation spot and I would highly recommend renting this unit. I will be back!

Very nice place for the money

We found this cute little one bedroom in St Petersburg Beach for a long weekend. It was perfect for us for what we wanted to do. A few blocks to the beach and some fun restaurants nearby! I had a few questions and the owner was very quick to reply.
