Moved with my wife to Daytona Beachside 2007 from upstate NY. We live nearby with our puppy Beenie. Easy going honest hardworking folks with attention to detail.
Why they chose this property
Location number 1 right on A1A right downtown, parking lot, brick construction (1938) Needed tons of renovation which I do mostly myself.

Location walk across A1A to Beach walk to all Seabreeze and Beachside Daytona activities movies, bars, clubs, restaurants
