Great location, well furnished condo.

Spectacular well furnished condominium, with wrap around balcony facing south, west and north overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the ten thousand islands and the Marco Island high rise shore line. The grounds within the Cape Marco complex are beautiful with a nice pool with plenty of umbrellas and a fishing dock. Great views either from the balcony or pool to watch the boats, fishermen, birds, dolphins and other marine life. The owners are very responsive to any questions or needs. We look forward to returning.

Best Island Location

We’ve been vacationing in Marco for over 30 years, and this condo is the best unit we’ve ever stayed in. It has 3 bedrooms, all with TV’s an Gulf Views! The condo is very spacious with a great layout; including a two sided balcony with Gulf views and an additional balcony off the Master Bedroom; Wow! The kitchen is roomy and well equipped. The laundry room is huge and is a luxury to have an in unit washer and dryer. The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. Lastly, the owner communicated every detail and was very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again. If you want a monthly rental in a beautiful corner unit with Gulf, Island and Sunset views, this is the place for you! Joyce and Bill 12/2021

Great Condo Great Views

Nice large balcony overlooking the gulf and Ten Thousand Islands. Loved watching the dolphins and shelling. Short walk to the beach. Great fishing wharf. A great place for two couples or adults with small children. Third office/bedroom has glass French door, so no privacy if you use it as a bedroom. Bring your own beach chairs as this condo did not have beach chairs, only one child chair and a very low adult beach chair. Older condo, but the views and resort made up for its age.
