This one of a kind, Luxury vacation rental is close to everything. Yet has the ideal privacy, mountain views and scenery anyone could ever ask for while on vacation! Situated on over 1 acre, with stunning panoramic views and nightly sunsets that will take your breath away.
Minutes to the quaint Country Stores, Winery's, Wood Carvers, Produce Stands, Moonshine Distilleries and Restaurants of peaceful Wears Valley. Yet only a few more minutes to all the Excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Not to mention the scenic and back roads to all attractions are without the traffic of the Parkway! A HUGE bonus!
This home can sleep 20 comfortably with only 1 sofa sleeper. Which is still nicely located in a separate additional living room on the downstairs level, with its own fire place, couch,love seat, large flat screen. There are NO TWIN Beds!
These are 7 Separate bedrooms and 4 brand new full bathrooms! There are no shared rooms! They are all individual for extra privacy. This is rare and hard to find in a cabin!
Master Suite has jetted bubble tub and separate walk in shower in a large bathroom. Master has its own private entrance to third deck and hot tub, yet there is another door for guests.
Huge Gourmet Kitchen with oversized Island and bar seating bar, tons of custom Hickory cabinets and is fully stocked for all your entertaining needs. Kitchen opens to Huge Great Room, a wall of windows, Dining area, Massive Antler Chandelier, Sun Room with extra dining area and 12 windows to take in the spectacular views and Sunsets. French doors open to large 2 story deck, grill, outdoor dinning and seating for taking in the outdoors while viewing the sunset and mist of the Smoky Mountain Park.
Downstairs you will find our Awesome Game Room, loaded with Arcade Games. Full size Pool Table, Arcade style Air Hockey, MS PAC MAN multicade cocktail table with 60 games, Fireplace, Bar, Custom made gaming system with 14000 games, wifi ability for music and another 65 inch Flat Screen.

Enter the separate Movie Theater room with real reclining movie seats, poof chairs and 75 inch Samsung Smart TV. Use Netflix, Xfinity, DVDs and enjoy a real movie night.

There are 4 more bedrooms, 2 brand new full baths and an additional living room down stairs. There are 9 total Flat Screens. 6 Fireplaces. All king rooms have their have their own Fireplace.
Go on outside and sit around and enjoy the fire pit while roasting marshmallows on our provided camp fire forks!

Anniversary trip for our parents

This was a great place for a BIG family. Lots of comfortable beds. Great game room and beautiful views. The host was very quick to respond with anything we needed. Highly recommended this cabin.

Family Vacation

Perfect for our family, everything that we needed was provided, hated the hill getting there, but I realize we were in the mountains. Downstairs tub and sink did drain very slowly. Other than that, no problems.

Great place to getaway!

The property was perfect for our family. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, sitting areas, views, dishes and coffee cups, and towels. We appreciated the hot tub towels too. Clean and good availability to talk with owners. Loved having the extra refrigerator downstairs. And the games/puzzles were an added bonus. Thank you.

Beautiful and Accomedating

The house was very roomy and accommodated all 14 of us without feeling cramped. We had plenty of sleeping space/beds. All the rooms in the house are very roomy. The views are spectacular from the deck. The firepit was a great bonus, which we used a few times. The only thing I have a minor complaint about was that the cleaning company didn't clean all the floors thoroughly (all other aspects of the house were clean). We found debris, crumbs and food sporadically in the basement and family room area. As well as under some of the large bean bags and under/behind furniture (had to look under furniture for a few things the kids had lost). Eric promptly replied, apologized and offered to come out to clean it. We told him it wasn't necessary and we would take care of it ourselves. Eric was friendly and very helpful overall. I would definitely stay again.

Magical Christmas

The Lodge was exactly as advertised but even better because it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The owners are very responsive with our questions and even allowed us to check in early. The Lodge was extremely well stocked and everything was labeled so we found all that we needed without trouble. The layout worked well for our group ages ranging from 2 to 82. I can't recommend this rental enough. If we return to the area we'll definitely check availability here first.

Great for large parties

The house met all of our expectations as far as providing everything as stated. It was convenient and provided ample parking. The owners responded timely to our questions. The downside was either the cleaning staff was in a hurry and didn't have to time properly clean, or just didn't. Dust and debris on floors, living room rug, behind doors etc. Dining tables and countertops had crumbs left behind and needed wiped down.

Absolutely Perfect for us

We brought our family together from Ohio, GA, and CA…to meet. Toddlers, children, teen, young adult, Middle Aged and my Elderly parents. There was 13 of us total and plenty of room. The game room was spacious and fun. The kitchen fully equipped and good space for all sharing in meal prep.

Life Celebration

This house had a great bedroom arrangement for our family and the game room was amazing for all the kids (ages 8-16). They also enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, good internet w/several smart TV’s, an ample supply of towels and a very well stocked kitchen. The view off the main porch was amazing! Tara and Eric were readily available.

Family Vacation

The view was AMAZING! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while still having large common areas for everyone to get together. Communication was outstanding. Only negative would be it was not as clean as I was anticipating. I would recommend this rental to anyone who has a large group and wants to make lasting memories.

Extended family gathering

This house was perfect for our family wanting to have a vacation "away from it all." We had plenty of space for our group of 19 people to eat, relax, and play games. We were fairly close to hiking, adjustment parks, and even scheduled a whitewater trip. The hosts were quick to respond when contacted before, during, and after our trip with minor questions. We enjoyed our week in this Sevierville lodge.

Terrific Family Vacation

Our family of 15 loved the cabin, location, view, and surroundings. The location was perfect - out of town, yet close to town and activities. The youth in our family age 6-17 loved the hot tub and activity room. They played a lot of ping pong. Great to have a nice washer and drier. Plenty of room for meals together and seating in living room. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend.

Ladies Cousins of the Lathrop Clan

We came in from 5 different states. Eleven ladies, with our matriarch being 75 years old. The property was roomy. It has both inside and outside areas where we could visit and catch up. We enjoyed the balcony with our coffee in the morning and the back deck and hot tub to relax at night. The drive to town was just minutes but the feel of the property was private. The hosts of the property were excellent at communicating with us from the day we booked.

The Cabin for You!

As with anything in the hospitality industry, the experience starts with the initial contact of the host. We had originally planned on staying longer but our host Tara was very accommodating to let us move our days around do to guests plans falling though. She communicates better than any other VRBO host we’ve had! Btw, we’ve been staying in VRBOs since 2013. The house was beautiful and spacious. It was stocked with everything we needed to feed a family of 13. The views were incredible. I would DEFINITELY recommend this home to anyone in the area and will definitely reach out if we vacation there again. My one and only complaint would the cleanliness of the house. I never fault the host for this issue because it’s always been this way staying in VRBOs and it’s something I’ve come to accept. Cleaning companies cut corners and just aren’t what they use to be. Not to mention her prior guest we absolutely atrocious and left the house late and in disarray. I hope they read this review and know how they effect the people after them and how poor of guests they are. 5 stars for Tara and the cabin and 1 star for prior guests!

Great getaway!

We had a total of 10 adults and 2 kids stay for a weekend and Tara was awesome with her communication especially because we had some inclement weather coming she definitely accommodated us as well much as she could. We loved the kitchen as it was very well-appointed and the room situation worked out great for our party. It is a bit of a trek to get to Gatlinburg just based on the location, but it made for a very quiet stay!

Wonderful getaway.

If you are looking for a house to host a large group, look no farther. This house has everything you need. The owner is so easy to work with and communicate with. We couldn't ask for anything or anyone better. The house was decorated so nice for Christmas and comfortable. We were a family of 17 and we never felt crowded. This was my first time using VRBO and I plan on doing it again. This house is on my go to rental if we come to Pidgeon Forge again.Thank you Tara for all your help and kindness shown to me.
