About this property

Fun Spacious Historic East Nashville Walk to Broadway with city views & parking

For select weekends I have lowered the normal rates and am super flexible with check in and check out. I also have a custom made guide to Nashville things to do for your stay. My home is a perfect place for large groups looking to have fun in Music City. I also added a large new deck in the backyard. The house has a television, a spacious backyard with a fire pit and the new deck with city sunset views & a grill. There is also a large front porch with a porch swing that overlooks the city skyline. A $6 Uber or Lyft will get you downtown or it is only a 15 minute walk to Broadway and a 5 minute walk to Nissan Stadium. One bedroom has a full and a twin trundle with an air mattress available. Another has a queen and a leather futon. The third has a queen and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin up top. The 4th has a full and a full air mattress. In the living area there is a sofa bed with a queen mattress as well.

Perfect place to stay whether you're in town for the CMA Awards, a concert, a Predators game at Bridgestone Arena, a bachelor or bachelorette party or any regular fun weekend in this amazing city. This space and location has the flexibility to fit your needs.

Guest access

There is a keypad to enter and you will have full access to the house (except for the master bedroom closet and basement) and you will have full access to the kitchen and bathrooms and lounge sitting areas in the home. Air mattresses available upon request for extra guests. You also have access to the spacious backyard, a newly installed deck with a grill and a fire pit below along with access to the front porch for sunset views over Nashville.

I am very responsive to texts and calls and will be in the neighborhood if anything is needed.

Great Nashville home

We had a great stay. The house is a couple of minutes to downtown. There is a nice deck in the back with a view of the city. The host is very accommodating and generous, very responsive.

Music City, fun place to stay

decor has fun written all over it, has all the amenities you need, great back yard, great location 5 minute drive into 5-points restaurants, 12 minutes to Printers Alley, ez highway access. Cannot say enough about host Joshua, super-responsive answering questions, etc. One of our group left some clothing items behind and he mailed them to us! Everything is exactly like the pictures & descriptions, highly recommend and we would stay there again no question.

This house screams fun. Two video standing games. Several record albums to play on record players. Many board games available along with a big screen t.v. if you choose. A big porch with a swing, large deck with furniture along with outdoor games and a fire pit. Many places to sleep and plenty of room to just hang out.

Annual trip for SEC basketball

Obviously an old house but it was clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. On street parking was plentiful. The two arcade games were a hit with the young ones.

All around a great stay!

This house is a super fun place to stay and can also hold a bunch of people comfortably. It was very clean, organized and welcoming. With it being so close to broadway, my friends and I would rent scooters and ride to broadway/ around town multiple times a day. 10/10 would stay again!

Everything was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Great 4 day getaway for everyone from GA, KY, MN, CO & AZ with lots to see and do in Nashville. Heard great music on Broadway, Printer's Alley and East Nashville (The 5 Spot). Would stay here again next trip!

Great for a group looking to explore downtown Nashville.

This house is great for a group to be able to go to downtown Nashville without needing to drive, it’s about a 15 minute straight shot walk so it’s easy to navigate. There is a big dining table so people can enjoy meals together and an outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy.

Great Bachelor Party spot

Josh was a great host. His communication and flexibility during our stay made it a great trip. The house had everything we needed and more. All the fun party games were an unexpected surprise. Though the walking distance were slightly off. Walk to broadway closer to 25-30 minutes. Though still a perfect location to access all parts of the city. Would stay here again a heart beat.

Great house for groups, great location

The house is great for groups because it has lots of gathering spaces, like a great front porch, a large backyard deck and yard, and a nice dining room and living room. It is also great for groups because the location is very convenient to downtown music bars and the entertainment district, the hockey arena, the football arena, East Nashville/Five Points, and Shelby Bottoms Park - all are walkable. We brought a group for a Nash Bash Birthday trip, and the house and location were perfect for it - we had a lot of fun and saw some beautiful parts of Nashville. Josh is really easy to work with, he is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house! Thanks Josh!

Great Stay in Nashville

I stayed at the home with a group of buddies and we found it found the place perfect for our needs. The four bedrooms allowed us to spread out and relax. The kitchen area is great for just hanging out and has lots of the basics if you intent to cook. The back deck and yard are also fun places to hang out, but it was pretty cold during our visit so we enjoyed the kitchen and dining room more. The decorations in the place are amazing. It is worth a walk through every room to see the fun items that the host has collected. Speaking of the host, communication was super easy and Josh was very responsive.

Anniversary/birthday/family getaway

Josh and his home are absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our vacation in his fun and beautiful home. The house had everything one would need for their stay. The nights/days we didn’t feel like going out, the house had plenty of options to have a great time. Josh and his family thought of everything to make their guests feel comfortable and ensure a fun getaway. The house is close enough to the city that we walked to all the action. He was out of the country during our stay and he still responded quickly if we had to get ahold of him, which was only once ( which we ended up figuring it out ourselves 30 seconds later) I couldn’t recommend staying here more. Go ahead and request a booking you will be glad you did.
