Villa Amoras features 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The floor plan is the stylish open living concept where Living, Dining and Kitchen are combined to make one large space. On stepping through the front double door entrance, guests will instantly appreciate the open layout. The first space to greet you is the main living area which has been comfortably furnished with leather sofas plus Smart TV with cable and surround sound for family enjoyment. There is also free high speed Wifi for guests' use.

Overlooking the living area is the open plan kitchen. There is also a casual dining area to complete the main open plan living space. The bedroom layout is split plan so to provide the utmost in privacy for all guests. The Master Bedroom comes complete with king size bed, flat screen cable TV and private Master Bathroom. The Master Suite also enjoys french doors to the pool area. A further 2 guest bedrooms on the other side of the home each feature a queen size bed. There is also a guest bathroom located on the other side of the home for guests' use.

Stepping outside of the home through the glass pocket slider doors, guests can enjoy the stunning west facing private pool deck area with electrically heated swimming pool and hot tub. The deck is extremely generous in size and offers multiple areas for sunbathing and sitting quietly in the sunshine. There is patio seating for 6 so guests can enjoy alfresco dining. With outdoor waterfront living and relaxation so high on the priority list in sunny Cape Coral, the home is also equipped with a gas barbecue. House is lovely but...

We have previously stayed in three tropical rentals so our review is in comparison to those experiences. Perhaps we were the first of the season to stay here so some things were not really ready for renters. We went the first days buying ice as the ice maker wasn't working. We also were not able to use the pool at first as it was too chilly. Keely & Neil were responsive to our calls but we didn't want to call repeatedly. We managed to figure out how to get the ice maker working as it had apparently been shut off to avoid damage during storm power outages. Pool Maintenance person helped us get the pool heat working and set once he arrived. The house notebook provided is sadly out of date and inaccurate. Cable TV was a bust! We were unable to watch our favorite programs. Internet log on went well but streaming was sketchy. Kitchen is poorly provisioned for cooking. We had to provide foil, plastic wrap, food storage bags, etc. No pantry staples. Our other rentals provided a welcome basket with a bit of coffee and snacks for arrival. Providing bottled body wash and shampoo would be nice too. The house is gorgeous and very clean!

Great place to relax

Enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and there was a supply of cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets etc. Was in walking distance of bars and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful and just what was needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend.

Amoras villa

We had great Time at Cape Coral. Keely and Neil have been very kind and answered all our questions. Proprrty is exactly as described. This was our first home rental in a foreign country and we very much appreciated it.

We had a great time at this property. Very claen and all the ammonities needed from beach towels to all the kitchen needs. The neighborhood is very quiet and the pool was great. We also liked how we were within walking distance to several great places, The Omlet Shopp, Big 10 Sports bar, Lobster lady and also a great stake house. We look forward to staying at this property again.

Beautiful vacation

We had a perfect holiday in the very well-kept house. Everything was clean and we didn't miss anything. The pool was great and the house was very well equipped. Location location!!

There are two fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Lobster Lady and J&P Asian Infusion. Fabulous seafood that beats the trendy, run of the mill marina food. The house was great. Neil and Keeley were very courteous and responsive although we hardly needed anything. Place was clean and in good working order. We would definitely come back again.

Excellent Property

The home was perfect for our family of five to have an amazing trip. Pool and hot tub was wonderful for some family fun and the beds were super comfy for a great nights rest. Owners have an organized manual with all the information of the home and great recommendations for another the area. Will definitely come back.

Gorgeous paradise luxury

Luxurious home, slice of private paradise! Lovely home with comfortable bedrooms and wonderful outdoor accommodations. Easy instructions for everything from garage door openers to ndoor outdoor surround sound. Only lacking: master tub is NOT a jetted/jacuzzi but looks like it. The master bath is out-of a magazine shoot! Luxury even with basic hardware. Quiet cul-de-sac canal (dead end water way) so quiet and peaceful, bids, ducks, fish, lizards. Coconut tree bearing fruit and so is Mango tree. So pretty for those of us used to inner-city with no palms, aquatic life, or nature outside bedroom window. We drove 40 minutes to get to beaches, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Estero. gorgeous. This house is well maintained and we will come back!!!

Amazing place!

You get exactly what you pay for!!! It was an exceptional property with all the amenities. The pool was a great place to relax and play with the family. About a 25-30 min drive from all the beaches in the area. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
