Beautiful ocean view house, steps from the OC Boardwalk at 12th Street, with two entire private floors for your group to enjoy. This unique condo consists of two connected floors (the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house) with 7 Bedrooms and 4 1/2 Baths. Larger groups can also rent our first floor condo, which has 3 Beds and 2 Baths, to accommodate even more family and friends! (vrbo/490838)

Stay with your large group at our amazing condo to make great memories :)

Week long rentals available during June, July and August. Mini-weeks and weekends possible during the remainder of year.

12th street Ocean city MD

Property was perfect for our group of 15 family members. Property was clean and we loved that towels and sheets were included and we didn’t have to rent them separately. Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies for cooking. We would definitely rent from them again.

55th Anniversary Celebration

Great location. The bed speeds were a bit “tired” and some had stains, but were clean. The manager went above and beyond by providing a blow up queen bed and a pack and play.

OCMD over Labor Day Weekend

The property was very nice and met our space needs very well. It's located close to the beach, which is really handy when you have kids like we do. I was surprised by the amount of amenities provided in terms of linens, kitchen wares, and consumables. When we come back to OCMD, we will definitely check if this is available.

Highly Recommend!

Location is absolutely fabulous and size was great for our group! We loved the property and would stay there again in the future. They provided a welcome bag which was very nice and unexpected. Property Manager was very responsive when we left a set of car keys behind, they returned them to us very quickly which we were grateful for. Note that there is an electric stove, not gas as listed. Overall, we really enjoyed this unit.

Great location

We had 18 full size people although the age range was 11-82. The bunk rooms were tight but it was young people 22 and under sleeping in them so they could rough it a few nights. Plus they were all siblings or cousins. The views from both decks were great and we were close enough to run back to the room to go to bathroom or get something.

Beautiful unit in excellent location

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here. It is so spacious and family friendly! You can’t find a better location. It’s literally steps from the boardwalk and beach. My only caution is that there are a lot of steps.

Great location, great property and great management

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location could not be beat, giving us convenient access to the boardwalk and beach. The two floors we used were great for our group, clean and well managed. Any questions we had were responded to very promptly by management of the property. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome house

House was very spacious. Kitchen, dining room, and TV room were perfect for a large group of 14 adults. Bedrooms were the perfect size needed. I was concerned about parking due to us having a total of 6 cars but everything worked out. We had 2 spots in front of them house and 4 in a parking lot that wed right across the street which was a 5 minute or less walk. We were the 3 building from the boardwalk which was perfect to watch the Crusin OC car show parade from the balcony. I have not one complaint regarding the house. Also, I have sent many questions thru VRBO and had my answers within the same day. Of I was able to tate the house and then owner of them house higher, they would have been a 10 star. I do want to say, if there are people with issues walking steps, you might have a problem walking 3 flights of steps to get to the top floor which had the kitchen, dining room, TV room, and 2 bedrooms.

Only real negative comment is over-all cleanliness when we checked in. The kitchen floor and the over-all counter top was a bit sticky. We had to wipe both down. Also on the top porch, the cleaning company didnt do a very good job of sweeping the floor. Other than that, everything was great

Great place

5 families in town for a cheer competition used this as our "home base." It is just 6 minutes from Convention Center. We enjoyed being able to prepare our meals and come back to the house between performances. House had everything we needed to relax! Great not to have to eat out all weekend!

Very nice place!

The property is very clean and well maintained. In all my years (40+) of visiting OC, we have never had such a well equipped kitchen. With a family if 16, we eat in a lot. My only caution is that this isn’t a unit for anyone with mobility issues because the kitchen is on the third floor. It looks exactly like the photos. We had one issue and the owner took care of us immediately. We were impressed.

Our large family of Marylanders bought this property in late 2012 and replaced the vacant, run-down guest worker housing with a brand new, sparkling family retreat. We love the location and worked hard to make it a place for families and friends to build memories.
