Best view ever!

Perfect getaway to celebrate November birthdays in our three generation family. Great house, best view ever. Playing games by the woodstove, absolutely so much fun!

Girls Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend in NH. This was our 15th year getting together. We try and pick a different area each time and Gilford NH did not disappoint. Great communication with the host. The house was in a nice quiet location and had a beautiful view of the lake. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Large open floor plan on the first floor which was great for all of us to be together.

Awesome Property

The property was very well kept, and all amenit tests were more than satis. Factory period spoke several times with Eric. And he was absolutely awesome to work with. Will definitely consider another stay at this home period

Great mountain retreat

We had a wonderful stay. Host was super gracious and allowed us to check in early. House is well stocked with kids books which is a huge plus for us. The view is to die for. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful views and location

We had a great time here. Sitting on the deck with views of Lake Winnipesaukee and mountains was so relaxing; we spent lots of time there. Had some meals in the screened in porch. And enjoyed exploring the area, with Gunstock Mountain area just 5 minutes away, and went on the Mail Boat on the Lake.

The view is amazing! The owners were very easy to work with. We could not have chosen a better home to stay at. When we go back to NH we look forward to staying in this house.

Great ski getaway

Enjoyed our extended weekend stay at this mountain home in close proximity to Gunstock. Check-in process was easy and owner great with communication. Home itself spacious and in good location but decor is dated and overall needs a deep cleaning and de-cluttering.

Fun late summer getaway

Perfect place for three families with varying ages. The three season porch was a welcome sight for night time dining and sunsets. Proximity to Lake Winnie was a real plus and other attractions in the area. Enough space for all, no one felt crammed. Would definitely come back.

Amazing views, good space but needs some TLC

Check in and communication before the trip was very easy. The house is a great size for a multi family group, nicely laid out and the views are amazing. The house however did not feel clean and had a ton of clutter. Lots of trinkets and Christmas decor collecting dust, stuff in many of the bedroom drawers. I don’t know how else to explain it except it feels like there is just a lot of stuff collecting dust. We found grime in the kitchen cabinets and although it was clean on the surface, it is in need of a deep clean. We found dirty clothes under the bed of one of the bedrooms and things like the coffee makers not cleaned out. This could be a really great spot and rental if these things are addressed.

Large home, Beautiful view, great location

Annual Multigenerational family winter vacation (6 adults, 3 children), we really enjoyed the large home with a beautiful view. Location to Gunstock and attractions was fantastic! Half of the group skied the week while the other ice fished, after a long day in the snowy winter weather it was nice to reunite over dinner and spend the night by the fire. The house had tons of room, the kids 11,11 and 9 loved the Fooseball table and playing in the snow! The house had a large kitchen and dining room and was very spacious, there were lots of us in the house and it never felt crowded. Thank you for a great week!

Winnipesaukee Vacay

The property was lovely and had special vibes. Lots to do in vicinity and we loved the access to the private beach club very close by. It was a beautiful place to share family time together. The owners were communicative and vet helpful when I had questions.

Fall trip getaway

We came here to enjoy the fall colors in the lakes region, we were a group of 11 people and the place was spacious and comfortable for everyone. It’s a bit difficult to figure out the lights and their switches, I think some tag near the switches would help. It has a very good view overlooking mountains and the lakes. Enjoyed staying here for a weekend.

Great weekend with friends

Really fun house with a beautiful view and everything you could need for a group of 10! We loved the deck and the foosball table. The communication was great from the owners of the property and we would recommend this to others.

Bike week

Could have been better maintained. Christmas decorations still up no yard complete fish pond not maintained. Not enough towels and wash rags for all bedrooms. Ants in some of rooms Dishwasher did. Not work properly. Washer and dryer had musty smell Dead mouse in garage just felt it could have been better maintained and cleaned grill was no cleaned. Dirty socks in basement bed. Beautiful location and view and size for our group of 8.

Beautiful view, and a comfortable home !

We felt like we were home as soon as we walked in the door. The house was so comfortable and had everything that we needed. We are planning on booking the house again next year. The only issue we had was the heat went out on Sunday late afternoon. We called the facility manager on MOnday morning and he was working to resolve the issue. We checked out at 10:30.

Beautiful Log Cabin House

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. We had 3 generations of family. The house is large and has everything you need. We really enjoyed the private beach area, golf & played lot's of games with the family. I would most definitely recommend this home. Fun trip!
