Farmhouse in The Apennines
Chi Paolotti is a 300 year old farmhouse, in the hills above Apecchio. The farmhouse is settled in among 40 hectares (100 acres) of forest, and the quiet and beauty is indescribable. Just a few minutes from town, upstairs in the farmhouse is a large bedroom, a huge dining room with seating for 8, a living room with a fireplace and a cozy kitchen. Downstairs is another large bedroom. Outside is a seating/dining area and a second bathroom has been added in that area. The downstairs dining area opens onto a 150 sq mtr deck, with a garden and view of the Apennines. A lovely place for a get-away or family reunion. More photos at www.chipaolotti.com
