Amazing!

Very well appointed. Had everything we needed and perfect location. Upgraded appliances, counters, beautiful decor. Only thing missing was there should have been 2 pools with hot tubs attached. One tub/pool was drained and the other one had an area that looked like a hot tub but it was cold. Other than that loved this unit and would absolutely revisit! They were very acvomodating and allowed a late check put due to my later flight

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT OWNERS, VERY CLEAN

The unit is up high so views are great. It is a one bedroom which is not ocean front but it worked great for me and my wife. Schooners is literally next door so good food is right there. And they have live music sometimes on the beach and if you like music its like a free concert. A very nice place on my favorite beach in the world. Thank you Todd for sharing it with us..

It was a great view very clean and spacious the only thing they could do is provide extra covers we had 7 in our group and they slept on the sleeper sofa and there wasn't extra covers and they had to go and buy covers other then that it was wonderful and we are planning a trip back soon on fall break

Listing was just as listed online. 18th floor was a nice quiet area. Near trash chute and not too far from the elevator. Seychelles was down one elevator but repairs were made timely. I would suggest to either change toilet paper or check toilet in master bath as it had a tendency to clog.

Accessibility to beach was amazing, property was clean, nice to have a washer and dryer. Just bring your own beach towels. Also, shower gel or soap were not provided, only one very small bottle of shampoo for the two bathrooms.

Peaceful and Relaxing!!!

My friends and I stayed here for Cinco De Mayo weekend. We had such a great time. The view from our room, overlooking the beach was breathtaking to say the least. Our guest contact Todd was very professional and helpful with checking in and ensuring we had all the important information needed for a comfortable stay. The condo was clean, warm and inviting. I also loved that we were only 15 to 20 minutes away from most restaurants, stores and other attractions. 10 out 10. I highly recommend staying with this condo.

Vacation with a scent!

It is a very nice relaxing resort. Our condo owner didnt care that the condo had a strong odor. That was disappointing. We had to go buy air fresheners. My advice would be to be aware of the extra fees

Keep looking.....No maintenance

The condo looks exactly like the photos which is a plus. When communicating with the owner, he was quick to text back. The condo is typical and during peak check-in/out times, wait times for the elevators is long, but this is part of staying at any high rise condo building. Typical for condos, you get 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 diswasher tabs and 2 laundry tabs. The trash cans have liners in them but there are no extra. There are no dishtowels, so either be prepared to use ALOT of paper towels, or bring your own. Also the washclothes are more like sandpaper. Motel 6 wouldn't even put these in their rooms, so bring your own. Now the down side - The arm of the couch was so loose it would move 6 inches. That end of the couch could not be used for worry of breaking it off. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom shook so bad, it was unusable, thus not having the overhead light available for showers. When I mentioned these items to the owner, he was aware of them, but wasn't going to fix the couch until the busy season was over, and the fan "has always been that way". Once I realized the owner wasn't really into maintaining his property or providing a place to stay that warrants the high busy season prices, I quit communicating with him. Other issues: The TV in the master bedroom is broken and full volume is barley audible. There is a missing remote control for the living room cable box, but we brought our chrome stick so it wasn't an issue for us. There is a table on the balcony that is held up with wire wrapped around the legs. It's impossible to keep sand out of a beach condo, so we tried to clean the floors during the week. The vacuum had to be unclogged to pick up anything and even after that it struggled to pick up sand on the hard floor. Not sure how much they try to get the sand off the floors between stays with that. Bottom line, this place looks like the photos, and has been updated, but the lack of maintenance is unacceptable to be in this business.

Great experience, would stay again

We love this property and have stayed in other units before. This unit met our expectations for a surprise long weekend getaway with the kids, without breaking the bank. If we had been staying all week with our own groceries, etc., I would have preferred more supplies/kitchen tools, etc. But we ate out every day and only needed a place to sleep and wash. Best part about this unit is the 18th-floor view! Will save as a favorite in my vrbo profile.

EXCELLENT Proximity to the Beach

Loved this location! It was so convenient to the beach which is what our entire vacation was all about! Great white sand (powdery), and a clean beach overall. The water is clear, so you can see to the ocean floor for quite a ways out from the shoreline. The condo was nice and neat. We had a one-bedroom that could sleep up to 6 people. The kitchen was small, but manageable. The furniture inside the condo was a little outdated, but still tolerable. The furniture on the deck was very nice. I spent every morning out there enjoying the weather and the view. Caught some great sunsets from there. The washing machine, dryer and dishwasher all worked well; as did the ice maker in the refrigerator. Water pressure was great throughout the condo. The master bedroom was roomy enough for the king-sized bed, but the door to the bedroom swung awkwardly, so it would block the doorway to the master bath. I bumped into it really hard in the middle of the night twice. That hurt! The master bathroom shower was old and dated, with a really high, static shower head. So we used the guest bathroom shower every day. It had a bench where you could sit, and the shower head had the hose that could be handheld and used to reach particular spots (i.e. rinsing sand off your feet, but not having to get completely wet to do it.) As far as cleanliness, I'm not sure how frequently our condo had been used, as there was a lot of dust in some places that should have been dusted prior to a guest visit, but I don't know what their policy is on cleaning in between visits. Due to the pandemic, we cleaned and wiped down everything anyway, so we made it work. If the next guests come soon, they won't be bothered by dust at all. There were several good eating places nearby, and two grocery stores - Publix and Winn Dixie. Overall, the visit was really nice, and the beach was spectacular. I only hate that Panama City isn't positioned for us to catch a good sunrise from our condo.

Great Room

Pictures were accurate. Room is spacious and very homey feeling. Much quieter being on this end than near pier park which is exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend staying here and we will be back. Property manager was easy to reach and very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to check in.

Perfect for a girls’ trip
