Snowdance 103 is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, it provides a cozy, appealing atmosphere. Its prime location allows for easy access to the slopes, with a short walk to the ski lift and proximity to dining options, ski rentals, and markets, enhancing convenience.

Check the Summit Stage website for dates and schedules!

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

A responsible adult must be present at all times when minors are present in the unit. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Unless otherwise noted, properties are not pet friendly. However, Service Dogs must be allowed by law. Some owners have pets and bring them to their properties (cats and dogs). Therefore, most properties have had animals present at some time or another. Please be aware of this as it relates to your personal health.

We Highly recommend AWD or 4WD drive vehicles during winter months.

Unless otherwise noted, this property, like most others in Summit County, does NOT have Air Conditioning.
