Adirondack Elegance STR 200338- This beautiful five bedroom, three full bath home offers great views of the Adirondack mountains from the private deck and the living room picture windows. The home is located in a beautiful wooded area just off route 86 in the village of Lake Placid, adjacent to the Lake Placid golf course and minutes to main street. It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with a Viking Range. The large primary bedroom upstairs features a king size cedar log bed, cable television, hot tub, air conditioning, skylights and a full private bath. Special touches abound including granite and marble in the bathrooms, vaulted ceilings with beams and Adirondack wainscoting in several of the rooms. The house also has a living room with a gas burning fireplace as well as a Great Room with a gas fireplace.

A total gem!
Perfectly situated under 2km from mirror lake and along the bike route for the Lake Placid Ironman event. Luxury cabin in the woods with beautiful A frame roof, master with ensuite that overlooks the family room below and everything so perfectly decorated with the rustic wood feel but with all the new modern amenities. Beds terribly comfortable and pillows to match. Extreme care and love has been poured into this place. Hot tub under gazebo was a nice touch but it’s the interior design and woodcraft that takes your breath away. The owner is friendly approachable helpful and passionate about the area ! Could not have had a better experience !!!

House was perfect for our long weekend in Lake Placid. Had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for the 9 of us. House was comfortable, cozy and inviting. Location was close to town and Whiteface.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Well appointed home, the hot tub provided a nice diversion on a rainy day as well as apres ski, and we were close to all of the sites.

Great weekend getaway
This property was beautiful! We fit 7 adults comfortably and the house was clean and inviting. Ann, the property manager was very knowledgeable in activities to do in the area. The property owner was also very kind!

We had wonderful staY at this great house. Both the homeowner and property manager were easy to reach. House was lovely, but there were 1 or 2 steps between many of the rooms. You need to be conscious of them at all times. There are also a lot of rugs around. I prefer wood or tile floors. Lovely, with lots of space to allow privacy or gathering together.

Fantastic Weekend Retreat

Family time
We rented the home for a weekend of Family celebrating! The home was exactly what we wanted and perfect for the 8 of us! We definitely want to make this Columbus Day weekend a family tradition here!
