The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in Auderghem not far from the forest. There are a few schools in the vicinity (Belgian primary and secondary schools, ISB, nursery schools), a pharmacy, some small shops, doctors of all kind. It has been totally renovated and has easy access to public transportation, main highways, supermarkets, etc. The closest metro station is Hermann-Debroux.
The house has a garage with electrical door and a parking place right in front of the house. The neighbourhood is totally safe for children and it has a nice small garden and a nice wooden terrace facing south.
All costs are included in the rental fee (electricity, water, internet, TV with dozens of channels and DVD player). It's fully equipped (cutlery and kitchen appliances).
