This beautiful 3250 Sq Ft home 3 bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, plus a den. The upstairs loft has a leather reclining sectional. The master bedroom features a private bathroom with separate shower, 1 king bedroom set and a huge walk-in closet. 2 good size bedrooms with two queen size bedrooms set. Downstair dent has a comfortable futon. The great family room has 2 sofas one with a queen sleeper memory foam mattress. We have a beautiful entertainment center with Xbox console and Kinect with lots of great games. The backyard has a private patio with table, and chairs. Our home has a beautiful open floor plan with HUGE kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, and FULL USE of kitchen, pots & pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, waffle maker, blender. Side by Side refrigerator for large groups. In the heart of Las Vegas designed for your every need! QUIET, residential home. Just minutes to the 215 or I-15, Airport 10 min, 5 min to South point and M Casino/south end strip, Albertsons, Target, Fast Food, 24 hour Subway Sandwich Shop. Driveway parking, extra parking available.
